The other thing that was exposed here was that violent crimes were reported by what they were convicted/plead to not by what they were charged with. So when someone charged with murder pleas down to manslaughter it’s reported as the lesser.

Yes, This is the fault of the DAs not the media. Now if they had a “Court TV” that would show, this is what they are in for people.. This is all they got … Well then maybe, there would be a public outcry for real justice.
They could call the show … " Have you had your daily OJ "
