It’s the Banner that say’s “Firearms Owners I’d card on the IL. Combo card. CCL: “Yes” makes sense to me, but County Sheriffs can reject it and apparently, some do. I did get the PA Card, but the Sheriffs association for PA did intervene on my behalf.

IL was the very last State to allow Concealed Carry. Minor irritant, since I’m used to the Stricter regulations. I’ve lived all over the US, especially in the Red States. I prefer to live in a State where the Government works for the People, as the Blue States tend to do.
