Yes that clarifies it. Maybe a better answer to when should we speak up about our 2A rights is when we can speak optimistically. I would rather comment on ways to make things better than point out all the things that are wrong.

Iām hoping we speak up more for everyoneās rights, even people we may not view favorably. Itās too easy to lose rights, one marginalized group at a time, until no one has any rights.

Yes speak up and exercise them. It brings to mind that some felons are getting their 2A rights back. More importantly to me is that we are responsibly armed.

When done by proper and well trained authorities, and when that enforcement is done in accordance with the rights of those subject to that enforcement (due process, access to legal counsel) and when not being done contrary to judges rulings, no.

I.C.E., CBP, DHS, etc Agents are well-trained and are the proper enforcement agencies.
Do you believe that being detained by a law enforcement agent or officer is equivalent to being denied the right to due process?
Edit to add:
Please also provide a link to a court ruling barring any of the immigration enforcement agencies from enforcing the laws applicable to immigration.

I, and many here, through our military service, have fought and risked our lives for all American Citizens. Not these freeloading, non assimilated, illegal immigrants. I decided it was their time to join the far right. I have never supported the fringes of society. Unlike others here, I will not eliminate their rights to do and say whatever they believe. I will not support it either. Where people are simple is they think by protecting someoneās rights you are supporting them. This is not the case; they are blinded by the hate they have inside to see the bigger picture. Constitutional rights for all, not just those you deem worthy. If you remove it from them, you also give up that right for yourself.

Theyāre not citizens of the United States of America, our constitution doesnāt apply to them.
And even if their feet are on US soil, if theyāre still beholden to their homeland, and have not vowed allegiance to and become United States citizens, our constitution continues to not apply to them.
Illegals have no gun rights, no rights to vote, no rights under our constitution of any kind.

I have always thought of you as a decent person with a level head. Also, there was nothing there directed at you; some here, sure, but not you. If you have read any of my other posts, you are aware I am committed to peopleās rights and the Constitution, and I also support law enforcement. I can be critical about the way they carry it out sometimes.
You have to wade through the immature thoughts of my detractors trying to project their thoughts onto me. Precisely like the mundane who posted above you.
I am going to look into this a bit more; it really comes down to what news sources you frequent. They are so polarised these days to receive cash flow.

I neglected to comment on this issue. I share the same sentiments. There is no place for this in a civilized society.
Where I might differ from people here is the way in which we treat people. I do not understand treating people like subhumans. It truly cracks me up that people here will say I must ārespect themā when they do not respect anyone else and do not want to treat āthose not like themselvesā with humanity. I started out treating everyone like human beings, did I not with you? There are people here who have earned my disdain from their respective actions. You not being among those you have always discussed things with is much appreciated.

I think the feds have been handling it pretty good, just dont try hit them with a car. Considering with no leo support, feds are doing alot not to get into confrontation.

Oh, I have no doubt anyone on the right will have done anything to ICE agents. āunless they were paid to look like Antifa to start things.ā God, I had to throw that one in there as an homage to people like Don.
