IF WE THE PEOPLE could purchase military grade weapons not limited to Armored Tanks and Attack Helicopters, what would be the first weapon or military vehicle 
you would purchase?
I know my list is full of weapons, but I’ll say my first would be a M4 fully auto!

With the appropriate licensing you CAN own some, if not all, of these things.

A SOCOM Blackhawk…(the kind the USAF PJs and CCT use)……I’d go with F-16 or A-10, but I don’t have enough room in my cul de sac for a runway…….but a helicopter landing pad would work nicely…
