Nope, and you nor any other liberal don’t get to play the victim card. You try to identify ICE agents so you can threaten them and their families. When ICE starts wearing masks to stop that, you cry foul. You impede ICE agents in the lawful execution of their duty, then again cry foul when ICE starts using muscle against you.

Non judgemental on this initial thread, but it came out Oct. 2025, way before the sad Jan. 2026 MN event occurred. Who would have known, how poignant on January 7th? May she R.I.P.
I wonder though, do we really think that ICE workers, in their training, are told to look for persons of color?
Let’s suppose they are. Why is that? Would ICE agents think that a non legal US resident is not a person of color? There actually are undocumented non colored persons, but are less likely to work or live in mass communities. And I believe - are less frequent, not as many. I’m not sure why it’s that way, but it is.
Nothing personal, there is no shame in it, but it’s not easy for a person to hide their color.
“Going out on a limb here”, but it might be a fact that if you moved here from south of the border or from the continent of East Africa, God blessed you to have beautiful color.
No disrespect intended, but if the law says to arrest them, it’s the first and obvious description to seek.
Grab? How often, at what rate? I have not yet met someone who was grabbed? I’ve not yet been grabbed. When we say grabbed, do we mean “questioned, detained, arrested”? If we are a US citizen and “grabbed”, are we not released right away? Not held due to “status”, but held for other actions or reasons - if detained?
I regret though, I know I’m biased, just trying to understand the “why’s”, of such debate, when all prior administrations also deported, some possibly even more than today’s.
I fear that other forces, such as politicians, and some media stand to gain in divisiveness, while a part of me wishes we can move past this.

As of yesterday, more than 30% of ICE enforcement officers have military experience. Although their new recruit training currently has been abbreviated to 8 weeks rather than the typical police academy 16 weeks, because their focus is considerably more narrow than a beat cop that patrols the street every day and has to encounter a very wide range of public issues, not just criminal but, like traffic and mental health and domestic disputes, drug activity, prostitution, et, et.
