You can't have guns. You can't walk in with guns

Well that is not what I want to hear.

I agree, however, the Anti-ICE website instructs their minions to not bring firearms to protests. So it seems he/she/it - based on its sexual identity, decided to disregard a directive from its anti-government organization. He/she/it was also involved in an altercation with ICE a week prior, and his parents in the intervening time told him not to do something strupid - as he had just done - so he was not just some casual, accidental innocent bystander.

He, Alex Pretti was a he, the bs images being pushed online of some queer in a dress was not him. But hey, when MAGA wants to try to hide that they FU on the 2nd Amendment they will try to just label someone a fag.

Feds are wrong on this issue. Depends on your intentions i guess. Carry a sign while armed, no issues, try to fight LEO’S, not a choice i would pick

Unfortunately, sometimes Trump says something that sounds differently than what he wanted to say…

“You can’t have guns, you can’t walk in with guns, you just can’t”

Does it really mean you can’t at all? Nope. I hope he was just referring to the situation when you go for protest and are preparing yourself to interact with XXX Agents.

Right. Not a smart move. Not too smart to resist, period, but doing so in a combative manner while armed, even dumber!

Resisting after being pepper sprayed directly in the face with his sunglasses in one hand and his cell phone in the other, yeah he was resisted alright.

Dudes mistake was showing up with a concealed 9mm instead of an AR-15. Open Carry is legal in Minnesota he would have had less issues if the Federal Thug would have questioned if he was going to go home that night.

Don’t forget that he had a Minnesota concealed permit….. so he was legal to carry the gun.

Not legal to interfere with law enforcement, best case he gets pepper sprayed and goes home, next best case he gets charged with felony obstruction, add on charge of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony,… but goes home, (sans his 2A rights as a felon.)

worst case is what happened, DRT, room temp achieved.

He’s not a patriot, he was a useful idiot pawn of the anti American left.

No man thinks what is legal or not legal when seeing a woman being assaulted, I mean at most he put himself in between the Thug and the woman and because of that he died. And in my book, he died a Pretti Good Hero. You may have sat back and watched that limp dick push women around, but then you are the exception not the rule.

The way I see it is if he had a gun he was there to save his or someone else’s life. If he wanted to do that he shouldn’t have been there.

I think the key word in this statement is “man,” or “butch woman,” if you prefer. I would find it hard to stand by and watch a person assault the fairer sex. despite whatever costume they are wearing.
From all accounts, they disarmed him and THEN shot him 9 times. In what world is this action justifiable?
Let’s proceed with the premise that he should not have intervened. Ask yourself, in doing so, does this forfeit one’s life? Is that the level you believe is justified?
If you are somehow deluded enough to agree with this action, I have a word of advice for you… Better not jaywalk next week.
I am pleased with the progress ICE is achieving. I think we can agree on this. Their action, on the other hand, has been questionable since day one. Are you really surprised that it has escalated to this point? It was obviously going to happen.
Now let’s blame whoever makes you happy in your world so you can sleep tonight. The truth is if one or the other wasn’t there, it would not have happened… Think about it… Yes, it takes two. So regardless of who you wish to blame or want to say is far more guilty than the other, the fact is they both have had a hand in making it come to fruition.
What the real question is, is one of character—should he have died?

ICE under trump has deported less illegals than any President before him because of how they are doing it. Those are facts, Trump has been more focused on optics of deportations to entertain his base over actually getting people deported. It’s why they have resorted to deporting US Veterans and those with legal visas over criminals, they thought the Optics of seeing brown people in cuffs would win over the American People. When deportations were supposed to be of the worst of the worst, the American People agreed, watching children being hogged tied, not so much.

You have to remember that some in the government think seeing this is hot. Then we will never know which ones since they are covering up who the pedos are better than that Catholic church.

Pretty sure the guy who is named the most in the Epstein files is not jerking off to brown children. He had a preference, blonde hair and Ivanka’s age, she was 12 the first time he flew to Epstein’s Island. His name may of been redacted but his preference wasn’t.

Or are you talking about the kid who’s dad bailed out of the car and abandoned him when they pulled him over because that fits your narrative?

As a final thought: Though I totally agree with all the 2A arguments as stated, understand Minnesota has a “duty to retreat law.” Agree or not, this means failure to retreat can land you in jail. Unfortunately, it ended up a whole lot worse. I do not agree in part with such laws, but if you hold a permit in Minnesota your duty is to know and understand the laws. I don’t condone what and how this went down. But based on Minnesota law as I understand it, agree or not, you’re in violation of the law by intentionally engaging in any conflict you could have walked away from, especially when involving yourself in Law Enforcement activities. Pretti was, by this states law and these circumstances, obligated to retreat, not engage.
