I am letting you know I am being ‘Targeted’ by TYLER of the USCCA.
I write SH!T or something else and it gets covered by “PROFANITY”
I have been here for over 600 days and this is the first time anybody has stifled my
First AMENDMENT RIGHTS.
Let it be known we are TRULY MONITORED by the Man now so watch your P&Q’s.
As long as I don’t curse outright who am I hurting?

I am not CURSING @ a MEMBER, I am (like a lot of members frustrated here
but the current state of affairs in the World and the TROLLS here who seem to get away with BLOODY MURDER!

Thing is, freaking out on the Internet doesn’t help you out though, does it. Yeah, the world’s gone mad, all caps and curses doesn’t solve or lessen the problem. If you were closer I’d invite you out to the range or a day in the woods…or both. Namaste’

Thank you for being a part of the USCCA Community! I apologize if you feel targeted; that was not my intention. We are currently working on improving the community and giving it the attention it deserves, as it has been lacking in the past.
I want to assure you that no “profanity points” have been added to your account. However, please note that according to our community guidelines, profanity is not permitted because we strive to maintain a family-friendly platform. While we may not catch everything due to our small team, we are becoming more effective at managing flagged comments.
If you encounter anyone insulting or belittling others, we encourage you to flag the comment so we can address it properly. I apologize for our past inactivity, but we are committed to making changes moving forward. Thank you for your understanding!
I thought that might be what was going on. USCCA ignored the community for so long and now they want to moderate it again.
Maybe come thru the front door and let us know what is going on instead of lurking in the background.

What I heard was She took a promotion and USCCA abandoned Our Community. We have been fighting on our own and now they want it back.
Like I said “come thru the front door” like a man.
In general I’ve felt the forum overall has lost a lot of the maturity it had. Still a bunch of great people, but some trolls and others who would be better off decaffeinated
I got a PM from him a while back. I figured everyone got one. It basically said they were clamping down and to follow the forum guidelines. I’ve been clean ever since.
This was in connection to me asking him why my post got moved.
Thank you for looking into this and wanting to avoid any such issues in the future. Currently, I am working on cleaning up the community and giving it the much-needed attention it needs. The biggest thing I am currently reviewing posts for is adherence to the community guidelines. With us not giving the community the attention it needs and all of you members deserve the guidelines have become a suggestion. The lines that get crossed the most have been profanity, snarky commentary, calling names, or personally attacking anyone in or outside of the Community - including public figures and politicians. I am also working on making sure threads are posted in the correct categories so members can find more threads that would interest them and give them the opportunity to engage with.
A little note, I understand that we have News and Currents events, and we have other subjects that are on the list of subjects in the community but, how many gun and self-defense subjects are being shared?
I started the community when I became an instructor because I felt as though that I needed to be on top of my game as an instructor. I asked myself the question, What skills can I offer a LEO? I am not here to run down any rabbit holes. I am here to learn and share.
Basically, I just want to remind everyone why we are here in the USCCA community.

I have been in communication w/ Tyler and found Common Ground (I think).
I need to be open and honest with ya’ll. If this turns into another ‘The Truth About Guns’ forum
I am out of here.
I cannot accept a change this drastic as I feel may be coming when we have been running smoothly self moderating all this time.
We as a group are not just about 2a and Self Defense—THIS IS THE COMMON GROUND that has made our Friendships what they are today. We posted on our own and fought Trolls and trouble makers till they mostly disappeared.
The ‘Politicians’ I have a problem with DESERVE the Choice words we give them on a daily bases. Until THEY change thy will get more of the same. Does this now mean our ‘MEME’S’ will be Moderated?
Every time we post something that Self Defense/Political is ‘unacceptable’ we will told to stand in the corner?
If one day you do not hear from me now you will know why.

An OPEN FORUM where ANYBODY can create a ‘Handle’ (and NOT EVEN BE A MEMBER of the USCCA)
YET Feels free to come on here and Bash us, Snarkyness, Curse us and belittle and MASS FLAG us for YEARS and NOTHING was done now to be over ruled and regulated may not pass muster for me.

I almost don’t know how to talk/write now after this. SO SAD.
Kinda like Gun Control. Make rules the effect the rule abiding active member/users while ignoring the trolls that drop in, stir it up (No Profanity there Tyler) and then disappear.

I think if we are vigilant and don’t make our self a target we should be fine. Code yellow. Being complacent is our enemy. WWG1WGA Don’t step on the snake.
Exactly! For 6-months since I joined I did not have one flag, not one post was taken exception to.
Now since the election suddenly we acquired some snarky angry meltdown / resist the reality of the election results resentment trolls who are trying to stifle our Pro-2A, Pro-America spirit that had nothing but harmony coming forward.
But, now suddenly we are getting flagged to censor our freedom of speech that they resent to get our posts removed as part of their resistance payback for losing the election.
This should just be a short lived phase when they realize that they are not changing our minds or getting the desired outcome of silencing our freedom of speech that they don’t like.
As our Marines say in battle: Persist until you prevail!
It’s just that kind of encouragement statement that has been getting flagged by the trolls and I expect until we frustrate them out of our community that they will keep trying to create disharmony and disrupt the continuity that we enjoy being a part of in this great Pro-2A community.
