I use Blade Tech 2.0 Total Eclipse IWB/OWB for my S&W M&P 9 Shield Plus.
Double check because I swear in the past I saw it was left-handed available
Also get on their mailing list for Galco because they regularly offered discounts of up to 25 or 30%
Or check on Amazon
Very. I’ve been using a Blackhawk Compact Askins for my M&P .45 Shield for a couple of years. I absolutely love it.
I’ve tried a few different IWB holsters for appendix carry, but the most comfortable one for me, is the Zero Carry. They have so many different models available, even for the IWI Masada Slim series (my favorite is the Masada Slim Elite). It gets rid of so much bulk, and helps with concealing for me (a medium-sized gal).
I just ordered a Trijicon red dot for my Glock 21 so now I have to wait for it and see what changes to the holster I need to make.
I tried different holsters and I am left handed so I started making my own leather holster and have one I wear every time I leavs mt house.
For anyone interested in a super-small AIWB holster that covers the trigger, and is designed for your specific handgun - you might consider Zero Carry. They have their own website (as well as are on Amazon). They support a bunch of different guns - including now the IWI Masada Slim Elite! In essence, it’s a holster that starts at the trigger and goes down into the barrel, and has a clip on the side. It is the width of the gun - and it is so comfortable! I hardly print at all with this holster!
It’s a completely different style of holster than I am used to. Because it goes into the barrel, it won’t work with a suppressor or threaded barrel (but how often would I CC with that?). And I’m still more confident removing the holster from my belt before re-holstering. But for super comfortable carry every day at the office and in the car, oh yeah!
I won’t try to post any photos here, but zerocarry.com has lots of photos - and I was shocked by the number of guns they support!
Looks mimalist and comfortable, but without actually trying one, I would question the “retention” ability.
I guess it’s the same with all holsters.
With my IWI Masada Slim Elite, it makes a good solid click into place sound when it covers the trigger. I, too, like my gun to stay put while I’m concealed carrying ![]()
I like it. I think I’ll get one for my full-size masada.
I never understood the idea of “zero holster”.
I know it’s about protecting trigger but why don’t protect your skin and garment from dirty firearm and sometimes abrasive slide and frame?
Am I missing anything about this holster?
That is why I wear underwear.
My guess (I don’t know - just my guess) is that is a CYB warning (Cover Your Buns). I certainly carry with one in the chamber, and I have no qualms using this holster.
I’ve been carrying with this holster for a couple of weeks now, and It’s so comfortable - I haven’t used my other holsters at all.
When I’m walking about daily, AIWB carry, my gun is clean. Yes, I’m one of those people that cleans my gun after every time I’m on the range. So I don’t generally carry a dirty firearm around. And yes, I do wear a bandeaux around my waist - but that’s so I don’t sweat on my gun, not because the gun is dirty.
DEAL BREAKER
That’s got to be a meme!
