I use their holsters as well. I have several custom leather handmade holsters.

I make all my own holsters and LEGGINGS AND I , have A sheet of plywood and I nail down the Leather and I ,HAVE A CORDLESS DRIMMEL AND I MAKE ALL MY HOLES AND USE A SARPIE MARKER AND I BUY MY SNAPS FROM HOBBY LOBBY AND I MAKE ALL MY OUTFIT AND MY OLD WEST LOOK IS SO DIFFERENT THAT I ATTRACT , attention from every one I make Leather cuffs that in a kn.

Gary263. I went to borger Texas and I bought ten pairs of leather paints and they are famous ANTELOPE,CREEK LEATHER AND THEY SOLD ME HOLE SALE ALL THEM LEATHER PAINTS FOR 50,DOLLARS A PAIR OF BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN BUYS HIS LEATHERS 
and they are just as thick as a Leather jacket H,D, and I take them apart and make them in to leggings and they are so kool I do not sell my leggings or anything I just know that when sowing by hand use a drimmel with a tiny drill bit and you can get done a lot lot faster and I have destroyed more Leather , I have at least five hundred pounds of leather all kinds and I buy every thing from good will that I braid my leather NAIL IT TO A LARGE PLYWOOD TABLE AND STRETCH IT OUT AND MAKE YOUR PATTERN AND YOU WILL NOT WASTE TIME AND LEATHER AND MONEY AND YOU WILL MAKE BETTER PRODUCTS I JUST GIVE PEOPLE THINGS THAT THEY TRULY WANT I WEAR LEGGINGS KAZ LEATHER PAINTS WERE GETTING VERY HOTT I HAVE MADE LEATHER VEST AND TRENCH COATS , GOOD WILL HAS OLD PURSES THAT I BUY AND THE PAWNSHOP SALE LEATHER JACKETS AND I BUY AND RECYCLE THEM FOR HAND SEWING USE A DRILL WITH A VERY VERY SMALL DRILL BIT AND SAVE YOUR FINGERS , uhall padding is great too gorilla glue and no more satin and pain wit

Gary263 use your fork to make a impression on your leather and drill it with a tiny dill bit and you will save time a your fingers press down hard so the leather does not spin or wind up on you An draw a straight line and the stichin will be straight. Great work Brother I made Indian bone necklaces I get the bones from Montana from my sister from the Chyian res she sends me. I think that this is where I lose my stitch line, I layout the line with pencil then space the holes with the fork punch, then when I go to drill the holes through, my shaky old hands just miss the targeted spot.

I never drill my stitching holes. I use the punches and a diamond cross section awl. Keeping the holes diamond shaped rather than round allows the stitches to form a slightly zigzag pattern that I find more attractive. Also using an awl is more precise in my opinion. The correct saddle stitching technique is also crucial to getting a good straight line.

Both Ebay and Amazon have the Chinese shoe stitchers for about $115. Cheap enough if you do enough repairs or new work.

My fix for that: Bright lights all around (I prefer 6500k LEDs), magnifiers if you need them, and only work when you’re feeling fit and energetic. That really helps reduce the amount of sub-par work I turn out.

I have a Washburn gutar an I have been trying to figure out how to play it and I pray I can make it I have played for hours and I AM going to the library and getting some sheets of how you put your fingers I have made lots of noise lots. What I reckoned is if you do not do the research and read the instructions YOU ARE GOING NO WHERE FAST AND I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE THE SOUND OF SWEET HOME ALABAMA AND I HAVE WOKEN the dead and muddy waters can not help me , and I have destroyed more leather that going to the store now I’m a leather master , and now I want to play like,Clapton I AM very serious about reading the instructions grate work brother Bobby Jean
