Hi, thanks for the suggestion; I’ll check it out. The laser is manufacturer included, near the rear sight.
Yes, it has weight, but a single clip holds it well. The left hand carry becomes sporty, just because there aren’t as many of us.
Search for a local Kydex holster maker. They’ll likely make one just for you.
They have one for S&W Bodyguard with laser
The SOF TUK also is good, but it is not kydex.
Supposedly also comes in left hand.
Thank you! I’ve found that most of the manufacturers that have holsters for the S&W Bodyguard with laser are for the .380 semiauto version and not the .38 revolver, but I’ll check their line.
See if you like any of these: S&W Bodyguard 38 Holsters
Another option is to pick the kydex holster you like and buy one of the firearms that it is made for ![]()
Crossbreed’s website lists a few. The first two listed below have options for your laser and left handed draw but are hybrid holsters (I didn’t check the others):

This is what came up when I selected S&W Bodygaurd 38 special with factory integrated laser:

Just Ordered the sof-Tuk for my edc
How about a holster for a S&W Model 19 357 Magnum. Having a hard time finding one.
My wife carries Remora holsters and loves them. They are made in Florida! And he will make 1-off custom mods for a specific pistol. I have a couple and used them in TX, but prefer the DeSantis “sticky” holster here in FL (less jeans and more quick dry shorts). The guy at Remora definitely stands behind his products and works with you 1:1 on customization.
FL presents some real challenges for comfortable concealed carry.
Try the Remora 8CH size Gen II pocket/IWB or IWB clip style holster. This fits the .38 Bodyguard and you will have an option when ordering for different types of lazers (including mag activated, small, large, etc.). Nice folks. Good holsters.
I would shoulder holster carry that gun in a nice leather holster. You know you can chance it under a baggy short sleeve button down during the summer.
I have a Sig P320 with a Lima laser grip and I could not find a holster to fit it, except one that was supposedly custom made, but turned out to be a piece of junk. Two pieces of Kydex barely formed to the shape of a hand gun and screwed together. No retention! I noticed a small ad in Concealed Carry Magazine for SwapRig holsters and they do make one for it - either handed. I decided to go with appendix carry because my old arms don’t bend back like they used to and after numerous holsters for different carries and handguns, I can say that this holster is the most comfortable one I have ever carried.
Try YouTube. There are great how-to-do/DIY Kydex tutorials. The material is pliable and easy to work with.

Well written and thank you for your priceless help.
I just emailed www.highnoonholsters about an IWB holster for my S&W BG .38 with the laser.
I’ve bought 3 holsters from them and been very happy.
I just ordered a kydex IWB holster from Legacy Firearms Company. I added a Streamlight to my Sig P229 Legion and needed a new holster to accommodate the light. They seem to have a very large number of options for many different firearms. Give them a look. .
Theis Holsters, in Arkansas, does a great job of working with people that have different needs. Also, Utilclip makes various clips for those who don’t/can’t wear a belt… I got my wife a Thies Holster for her S&W M&P Shield 9 EZ and a Ulticlip… both work great for her build (FYI she originally carried a Ruger LCR 9mm 5 shot revolver).
