Got a lot of names for this guy, NONE of which can be expressed here!
This woman was lucky this guy was so incompetent and provided the opening she needed to get her firearm out. She is also very lucky that he just ran off and didn’t choose to fire on his way out. I don’t think I would have left the decision of what to do next up to him once he was on the counter with the rifle pointed in the wrong direction.

It looks like he was using a bolt action rifle and it appears he had to put the bolt into the receiver. So I am thinking he may have had no ammo which is why he took off as soon as the well armed lady took aim at him.
“I ain’t playing with you,” he said as he packed up his gun and fled the scene.
He likely realized at that moment that he had an urgent need that became more important than the robbery. 
Hands-up, don’t shoot?
Correction: he bravely ran away.
