As usual in such situations, I’ve got question if it would be justified if she shot the robber when he came back and jumped over the counter?

The thief was in the store and had the clerk at gunpoint before he came back. It would seem reasonable that when the thief came back in and started over the counter the clerk would have a reasonable fear for her life. I am amazed by the restraint she showed not firing at him as he came over the counter.
