After the visual of my Requal yesterday I am VERY surprised a lot of these GGWAG don’t shoot themselves in the foot!.
We Preach TRAINING, TRAINING, TRAING----but in a Concealed Carry class how many had their Guns in a holster on their person? ONE—ME!. Everyone else had theirs’s ina bag, or lockbox. I was observing that MANY of the (15) who took it also had to load their mags. You only need about 25 rounds to requalify don’t you think it’s prudent to have a couple of mags ready to go? (I brought 10 mags with me —so I couple do a little extra after the class was over.
Another example of how cool this Instructor was- he just said ‘Go ahead’ to an empty lane and play for a bit. I mean I’m already there amirite? Might as well get Max. trigger time in when the Op arises.
I HAZ another Question:
DO Y’ALL LOVE TO SHOOT? You may think that’s a pretty d!psh!t of a question but from what I see we have a bunch of Reluctant Warriors out there.
And the Part B of that question is you are Licensed to Carry----WHY AREN’T YOU?
C’mon people you are a Licensed Concealed Carry holder FRIGGIN’ CARRY for pity’s sake! There isn’t going to be a ‘Timeout’ during a shooting so you can load yer mag or even rack yer slide!, Look to just the ‘In and Out’ shooting! Many examples (poor) abound for the need for more Training!.
Woman picked up the suspects gun but couldn’t clear (so she ran away)… 
I am not the greatest Gunsmith around (never claimed to be) but I can prolly pick up ANY semi-auto that’s Malfunctioned, Stove piped whatever and clear her and jack in a fresh round—It’s what we do folk’s!
Off duty Police didn’t score a hit from 5-7 yards away… (Really , seriously?)
GGWAG gets shot in the shoulder and CAN’T ENGAGE because why? He didn’t have one racked in da Pipe! (IT’S NOT A PAPERWEIGHT! It is a viable self Defense tool, but tools are only as good as the Trained person handling her!)
IF we decide to Protect our Family, Ourselves, and the Innocents isn’t it a good idea to be know how to use them inside out and sideways --‘-before’ a shoot happens?.
We ‘Practice’ Driving—well, some of us do! 
Let’s not open that can of worms huh?
