What do you guys think? He’s getting a pretty hard time about it.

Of course he is, they dont like judges that actually follow the constitution

Sometimes the truth hurts.

We need more like him. But what surprises me the most is that this was actually aired on CBS. I’m expecting the loony libs to start firebombing the TV station now. (And every other TV station across the country, since that is what they do.)

I don’t have cause to worry do I? :scream:

She lost me at “assault style.”

An “assault weapon” refers to a semi-automatic firearm originally designed for military use .
Just in case you’re not being sarcastic. They are used to assault violent criminals if you are still not clear.

I’ll try ONE LAST TIME: True Assault Weapons have a selector switch that enables it to go from firing a single round being discharged on a single trigger pull to firing multiple rounds being discharged as long as the trigger remains pulled or the ammunition is expended. True “machine guns”, generally are fully-automatic only, with some exceptions. 'Nuff said.

That is what you said last time

You’d think I’d learn , after all this time, that it’s time wasted. After all, “THERE IS NONE SO BLIND AS THOSE WHO WILL NOT SEE”.

I am blind in one eye and can’t see out the other. Being ignored in 3 2 1. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

The term “assault weapon” doesn’t have a universally agreed-upon definition

Well actually it has two. Actually, I don’t think there are any words that have any universality agreed on definitions.

Good on him. And what a hit piece. “Guns in his Chambers…” guess what, a lot of judges have firearms in there Chambers and for a good reason.

Umm, no it isn’t.

Well than we have three definitions. Or at least we know what it isn’t.

There are no definitions. It isn’t a thing.

Well we know it is a P320 that is an Sig. If I remember correctly. He was pretty elaborate in his presentation. Whether someone who doesn’t want to understand will understand is another question.

This guy made my faith in judges go up a tick that’s for sure.

True. But he is using the CA definition, for right or wrong.
