All we have to do is remove the pallet and it will make it much safer because it will be harder to pick up. We could make it illegal to have walking sticks without rubber tips. Simple solution to simple problems. Sorry no pictures

Maybe officially.. but my state considers anything they dont like to be “assault style”… theres no true definition, when handguns and .22 rifles r on their ASW Ban

Quite frankly I think it is a typo. They meant to ban a salt weapon because they really sting. As far as the ten round magazine goes, they got them confused with the magazine one reads. They didn’t want to be confused so they banned them.

Anything I can pick up and use to “assult” you is an assult weapon,ie knife,
hammer,ball bat,rock, need I continue. To classify anything you dont like as an “assult style weapon” doesn’t make it so and is the pure lunasy of the left.

Welcome to the community. You step right in it. No problem. Assault can be against a law biding person or a criminal. When it is used against a criminal by a responsibly armed American it is still assault.

In the Bible, Cain murdered Abel, and took his life. Cain must have assulted Abel using his HANDS since he did NOT have an “assult weapon”. Therefore, CAIN either killed ABEL with “NOTHING”, or with a ROCK, OR with his HANDS. SO OUTLAW OR BAN EITHER hands, rocks ,OR "nothing "!

I just want the Supreme Court to translate Arms to mean any weapon that a person can afford. When the 2nd Amendment was written every weapon that the Federal or State Government could supply troops with could be owned by a Private Citizen, the only limitation was their pocket books.

Right, private citizens during the civil war owned ships lined with cannons and nobody worried about them performing hostile takeovers. But today I cannot own battleships, tanks, or fighter jets. Let’s be real if you can afford the same weapons as the US Government you are not going to be using them to hold up your local liquor store.
