I watched his video earlier today, to me he made it sound like this was a final ruling when it is not. This ruling was just a halt on the “law” while the case is being heard. It is definitely good news, but not a final ruling.

Am I the only one that is getting tired of Rulings to Stop a law going into effect while we wait for a ruling to see if we can stop a law from going into effect?

Feels like seeing a sign, PASSING ZONE 1 1/2 MILES. Then when you arrive at the PASSING ZONE you see another sign saying CONSTRUCTION NO PASSING.

An alternative would be “let’s just have this law in place and have your guns and mags be illegal even though the law itself may be illegal but we’ll let you know next year if you had to follow the law now by the way knock knock”

I know, but in the meantime… I’d really like to see this go to the Supreme Court and have this nonsense squashed for good. And having said that, I know it’s really just wishful thinking.

Hi folks,
I know it is nobody’s fault and probably a big ask, but can we try to stop using the term “Assault Weapon”? It’s a made-up term by gun controllers and and a favorite for the 2A deniers to get the sheep all wound up.
