There needs to be like a dating site for like minded people like us to get together and know each other.
Because in my area most of the women my age are anti-gun and want nothing to do with it.

If you’re a decent enough person, it shouldn’t make any difference.
If your date is paranoid, well there’s better game afoot.
If your date was going out with a LEO, they would be armed.
In my jurisdiction I can’t drink alcohol while carrying so if I were taking her to a saloon I’d lock my shootin’ iron in a lock box I keep in the trunk of the car, telling her “LegalIy can’t carry this while drinking.”

You either need to move to a more conservative area generally, or find the conservative hotspots near you. Meet people at things like a Church social/mixer. That will increase your odds anyway.
There is another thread or two on here about how soon to “announce” you are pro-2A when dating. IIRC, the general consensus was wait at least a few dates
