I’m north of you in CO. The libturds are turning this state into Commiefornia. At least NM hasn’t, to my knowledge, enacted a magazine round limit. I have ordered mags that hold more than 15 rounds (the limit here) and have them shipped to a Post Office just south of the CO/NM stateline. Fortunately, I have a few, repeat “FEW” neighbors that are 2A supporters. The nearest range is 70+ miles away so I don’t get the practice I need. Yeah, there’s some dry fire training I could do but, without the recoil of a fired round, I might as well change my EDC to a squirt gun.

i left NM back in 82 and went to parts unknown but as far as i know they do not have a mag round limit… How the heck can Colorado become another Commiefornia? That was the state that hunters and shooters would find some of the best game (i don’t hunt but shoot as often as i can) and shooting spots in the USofA. Did a large influx of millennials move there and were concerned about not getting their Starbucks due to gun stores taking their spot? I live in Florida and there are two ranges (outdoor) within a 15-30 minute drive. Once we are done here were thinking of heading to Colorado but forget that noise. What the hell is happening to this country…? I work at an Air Base and we have mostly 2A supporters and one of the largest Conceal and Carry population in the country (2 Million at last count.) Yes, dry firing, not a fan at all. I go with the recoil as well… EDC, squirt gun, love it. Sad part is were not joking.

Lost of people have moved from CA to CO… and brought their ideas with them.
I grew up in CO and when we decided to leave CA, it was one of the places we looked at. Sadly that turned out to be a big NOPE… it’s not the Colorado I grew up in.
We’re in Missouri now and couldn’t be much happier. Just stay out of the big cities and keep to the county and its amazing.
