I carry 4 for OWB I only have one IWB and that is carried at 6 In the winter I may carry at 3 due to wearing a jacket
I generally carry IWB at 2-3. My buddy whoâs closer to 350 carries IWB at 5.
Dad bod doesnât allow me to comfortably carry appendixâŠ. Itâs great standing and walking,⊠but as soon as i bend down, or sit, itâs over!
Belly rolls the grip outwards,⊠the muzzle presses either into my bladder or inner thigh, neither of which are comfortable,⊠and the idea of a loaded gun pointed directly at my junk or femoral artery isnât pleasant at all!

I use the Alien gear belly band. It can be adjusted for shoulder, appendix or cross draw.
I have a gut and have been appendix carrying for about 4 years after having shoulder surgery and found it more difficult to reach back. I discovered Keepers concealment and I can carry comfortably all day, sitting, standing, bending etc. My shoulders are fine now, but I stuck with the aiwb, because I am happy with it.
This is a subject I donât weigh in on 
Sticky Holster at 3-3;30. Cinch the belt tight and forget about it. It doesnât move. Tried too many âothersâ and no matter which they all gouged, shifted or felt bulky.

A good belt makes a huge difference. I got myself a Kore-essentials and it is a game changer.
