Just bought this and waiting to have it shipped home. It’s a Savage Sporter pre WWII production in 25-20. Can’t wait to start loading/hunting with this one

I have to admit I am a fan of steel and hardwood. I have a fair forest of used trees and steel.

Me too. I have a few “weatherproof” hunting rifles and handguns but most of my stuff is old style wood/steel
