Canik TP9SF Elite maybe SC (or maybe a G43X)

Hello, has anyone had experience with these guns? I either hear they are perfect, or that they constantly misfeed or stove pipe. Which to my understanding is because people use less then 124 grain ammo.
I just want something different, but they seem very bulky.

If decide not to go Canik, then I will get a Glock 43x, because quite frankly I know Glocks and I am hoping the 43x will make easier every day to take forever to decide between my 26 and my 19.

I never had any issues with the 43X, but if I could do it again I would have chose the 48

But do you have an opinion on Canik?

I had the Canik TP9SFX, not the SF Elite. The Canik felt too light for me. I like a little weight in my guns.

Ok, thank you, did you have the misfeed or crazy ejection issues?

I love my Canik TP9 Elite Combat. It has the perfect grip angle for me and I can hit targets from 40’ no problem. What’s the drill; 10 in 10 were I’m 50/50 from that distance. The only thing I don’t like is the holster that comes with it. It broke after a year or two but I’m hard on things like that. Your mileage can very.

Test drive a Canik 9mm Elite SC, it is one of the best,
but need a test drive for you to make sure it fits you and your needs.

I’m very fond of caniks one of the best triggers I’ve ever seen. bore height in a smaller firearm may be an issue for folks with weaker wrists , lots of videos online. honest outlaw, sootch & others I trust. glocks are having some issues lately could be they’re living on past performance & quality is taking a dive

I have owned my Canik TP9 Elite SC since October 2020, have put several thousand rounds through it with no issues at all. I am quite satisfied with the gun.

I have over 3100 rounds through the 43xMOS in 16 months. No issues.
Accurate for me out to 25 yards, and very comfortable IWB appendix. (Good belt & holster)

I am also thinking about a Glock 48 to see how much more accurate range I can eek out, (3.4" barrel v 4.1" barrel) but VERY happy with the 43xMOS. Primarily use 115gr, but have used 124 and 124+P. Eats everything I feed it.

No experience with Caniks.

Same with my Canik. Haven’t found anything it doesn’t like.

I have a Glock26 & a Caniktp9sf. The Glock is a compact 9mm & the Canik is a full sized duty pistol. I haven’t shot a compact Canik but comparing the two that I own, the Canik is the superior shooter with a very sweet trigger. I will say that I have had the Glock26 for over 10 years & it’s still a fantastic pistol. I don’t carry the canik.

Well I thank all of you for your input. But I have enough Glocks. I went with canik tp9 sc elite. I think it may fall in that sweet spot between my 26 and 19.

Ok, Now I have my eyes set on what I would consider to be the crown jewel. The HK Mark 23. I had owned USP’s and the 45 Tactical which is kinda almost looks like a Mark 23, but is not.
