We had a call New years day 2024 'Resident reported ‘man w/ a Gun and a Bomb’ ‘Domestic dispute’ Louisiana/Lomas Albuquerque, NM. We called in the man @ 07:30----(2) APD showed up @ 11: 37, NO Bomb squad/SWAT
They moved in after a lengthy discussion w/ Apt. Mgr, Dispatch and themselves. NOON, they did their first knock, They forgot to ask for the Keys to enter, down they come, more talking (REALLY not impressed @ this point) they enter finally @ 12:30 they go in,
The Boyfriend was LONG GONE, Woman (GF) Freshly Dead as a doornail, Steak knife in the heart. I TOLD them the BF’s car was still in the other lot (Northside) by the time they entered Lot was clear. The Poe Poe came down w/a six pk. of Shasta Cream soda and a wind up alarm clock… :bomb:
Now honestly, a knife in the ticker is fatal, done usually, prolly couldn’t have been saved if they went in immediately. APD dispatch told us Not to go in, My Op’s Mgr. Told us to Not go in …My bud wanted to go in (and I wanted to go in). But WE ARE NOT COPS! We are Guards… When EVERYBODY tells you YOU ARE NOT COPS! Don’t go in…you HAVE to say OK. Mixing chemicals that are unstable can be your last. I am not going to argue or complain about this.

If you have a heart and a mind, you will never play to make these so call bombs. This information
is good for prevention not disaster.

These chemicals are built to only poison, hurt, and kill and real human hero’s, we save lives, not hurt or
Destroy.

A bad guy does not have a heart or brain.

Absolutely, always good to know and recognize this kind of things. From past threats of pipe bombs, suspicious packages being left around, to now these innocent looking “water bottles” for anyone unsuspectedly picking up such a thing just to go throw it in the trash and “BANG”!!! End up in a world of hurt. It’s pretty sick on the lengths some people are willing to take with no remorse, nor care in the world of who gets hurt.

I think I am going to have to put one of those ‘Ticket’ machines I use to see at the Butcher’s (‘Take a number please! NEXT!) to form up an organized Line…maybe some of those Bank Poles and retractable tapes to keep all the Alphabets from steppin’ all over each other… Now I can just put a bnch of Dasani bottles across my driveway and I will only have to invest $4.99 Thanks Guy’s!
