Not a local but I did live in Tooele county Tooele for a while, 18 years ago. Does that count? :rofl:

Have a Utah non resident permit but no help to you.

If it helps, I was in Utah as of Friday afternoon driving from the Grand Canyon, spent Friday night tenting at Bryce Canyon after proposing to my now Fiance at Rainbow Point, it was about 9ā° that night, and as of about 6pm Saturday, was in Fernley NV.

Also have my non-resident Utah permit.
