I’m no tennis fan (well maybe a Jimmy Connors fan) but seriously no. I’ve seen how woke politics, Adam Silver and Lebron James has destroyed the NBA - my favorite sport. As a cynic I thought the sports world was pretty much dead when it came to actual champions. I’m happy to say I was wrong. When you compare Mehgan “Choke” Rapinoe to this young lady, you can see that there is hope. Joe Biden ain’t won yet.

I agree. I’ve pretty much given up on sports myself. But this little lady does give you hope. I like that she doesn’t pray for the win, but for the strength to do her best. And please DON’T compare her to that megyn rapino thing.

Gotta be proud of a young person that is willing to stand up for their beliefs. It’s that kind of courage that gives me an iota of hope for the younger generation.
