If the judge doesn’t see it your way – shoot him! Says the Sheriff.
There is a report that the Judge (an authority figure) was raping the Sheriff’s underage daughter.
If the reports are true the Judge got what was coming to him. Too bad the Sheriff will end up the bad guy according to the law.
Exactly!
There is also a report that the Judge and the Sheriff were colluding in a scheme which extorted sexual favors from from female offenders who were to poor to pay the fees charged by the ankle-monitor program, that one of their victims has sued, and the case was very close to being heard in open court. It’s possible the Judge had video cameras recording said events but had assured the Sheriff that there weren’t any.
I don’t know if any part of that is true, but it has been reported.
So far the Sheriff is being smart. Keeping his mouth shut.
Ah, so the corruption runs much deeper than we can see. No surprise there.
Reports of child rape, inmate rape and human trafficking, then a murder. Nifty. Neato.
Did the judge pull a gun first? Was the judge armed?
Sheriff takes the Fifth. Smart man. Well, smarter and quicker than the judge anyway.
Hilarious!
With friends and so-called “protectors of the community” like these – who needs enemies?
LEO always squabble among themselves. Cops despise each other and screw each others wives and stab each other in the back and act like animals all the time. This is not unusual.
I don’t care what they do to each other. My only concern is what they do to the innocent.
What’s better than a corrupt cop going to prison? Two corrupt cops rubbing each other out.
Bravo!
Gettin’ my popcorn ready.
We’ll hear all the gory details at trial. Unless sheriff pleads guilty right away and takes his sentence.
I’m keeping an eye on this case. This could be interesting if sheriff takes a plea deal and tells all and maybe points the finger at others involved in all the rapes, kidnappings, traffickings, etc. This could expose a big ring of corruption.
This could be HUGE! Even bigger than the Karen Read Krazy cops doin’ krazy ■■■■ and gettin’ caught, fired, charged, destroyed, wrecked, imprisoned story.
Welcome to the Great American Meltdown, baby! Things are gettin’ wild out there!
Lock ‘n’ load, kids.
So far seems like it was triggered by the Sheriff seeing his daughter’s phone number in the Judges phone. I would say that his reaction is one of having confirmed something horrible that every father fears…
The only problem I have with this is the age of the Sheriff’s daughter. How old is she? I can’t verify.
If the daughter is a legal adult and the affair took place in its entirety as a legal adult… so what if she’s having an affair with the judge? That’s their business.
But if she’s a minor… obviously that’s a whole different thing.
But not enough to get the Sheriff off the hook, fortunately.
The Sheriff bears responsibility for not protecting his teenaged daughter (if she is in fact a teen to begin with), letting her go 'round and hang out with grown men. What in the world is she doing hanging around with the judge in the first place? I imagine he feels like a failure in protecting his family. That, too, helped him lose his mind and kill, over his own incompetence.
This appears to be the type of vigilantism the cops themselves claim to abhor. But, then again, cops are the ultimate hypocrites, arresting us for the same crimes they commit on a regular basis, from murder to drunk driving. Very stupid system we have here.
Again, I could care less what these people do to each other, but they should leave the kids out of it.
Its a happy story a happy ending: one more corrupt cop off the streets and one more corrupt judge on his way to a hole in the ground.
Miracles, it appears, do happen.
Supposedly the Sheriff’s daughter is under legal age.
And, if so why does the Judge have her contact information in his phone?
Was he “grooming,” her? Sending her anything inappropriate? Intimidating her? Whatever?
If that was anything close to the reality of a bad situation, and the judge was exploiting his authority figure position, the Sheriff ended that.
And that would be a great thing.
If that’s the case.
We’ll see.
Worst case scenario for the Sheriff however wpuld be his acting like that only on learning his daughter’s number is in the Judge’s phone. If he killed the Judge on that alone, well, yer just dumb and wanna throw your life away.
If that’s all it took to trigger that Sheriff – he’s in hot, hot water (well, he is anyway, but these may be considered aggravated circumstances if he flew off the handle over just seeing a phone number).
Sheriff knows more than he’s telling or he’s just plain stupid.
My guess? He’s both.
Well, the jury has yet to hear anything, to be out on.
That remains to be seen.
Until then all we have is speculation.
Maybe the judge threatened the Sheriff’s daughter into doing him “favors.”
As an abuse of official misconduct, threatening to see her father fired if she didn’t favor him, maybe not knowing any better she did.
Or, she came crying to daddy first.
And, daddy fired the judge.
Time may yet tell?
Even that could be a problem. I remember a long time ago reading an article about the age of consent. Seems states had different ages that basically children could consent to having sex. I don’t know what that is in Kentucky but some states it was 14 years old. If the age of the girl was that or above the judge wasn’t actually doing anything illegal. At that point, the Sherrif couldn’t stop it legally. Yes, the Sherrif stopped it but now he won’t be there to help his daughter to make better decisions in the future. It might have been what any father would want to do but was it the best thing to do?
The earliest age of consent in the US anymore is 16. HOWEVER – a person who is a legal adult MAY NOT legally have sex with a minor – even when the minor is the legal age of consent and does give consent.
The business of girls as young as 12 and 14 being married off or sold off ASAP by their economically challenged families became a thing of the past in the West after the Industrial Revolution. The great rise in wealth in the 20th century made it possible for even big poor families to stay together in the West. The rest of the world for the most part continued in poverty, sending their children off to brothels and to work in factories or at home to help feed everyone.
But now the West is in decline and we see the rise of children being trafficked and used as slaves for sex and other unthinkable tortures (I highly recommend watching Mel Gibson’s “The Sound of Freedom” for a clear enough picture of what’s happening on that issue. The reality is much worse than the movie).
The other side of the world is thriving and educated now, while we are on the way out. The BRICS nations are on the rise in a big way. This October the new BRICS currency will be put in place, effectively replacing the dollar between global trading partners. Meantime we are burying ourselves in debt, stupidity, incompetence and war.
Our pedophile leadership lives in a bubble and has no idea what is going on and could care less. They believe they are untouchable and can print their phoneybills forever and and stay on top of things.
They’re in for a rude awakening, of course.
That rude awakening may see the return of people selling off their children and/or sending them off to work at age six here in the West.
I know what you’re thinkin’… This guy’s crazy! That can’t happen here! Right. Along with all the other things that could not have happened here – but did anyway.
Was it the best thing for the dad to do?
Hardly.
I’m no advocate of the Death Penalty. I want them in an 8x12, with Bubba, suffering for the rest of their lives. I realize the problem with prisons however, since they do not rehabilitate anyone and since people actually get used to them and find prison life a comfortable routine. We have to fix that, too. The other problem and the biggest problem with the Death Penalty is that the cops, judges, lawyers, juries – ALL get it wrong way too many times and we kill someone who is innocent far too often.
So no Death Penalty for the Sheriff, the dad. His fat, lazy, worthless ass will take a long, long time to get used to that 8x12.
The “Judge” was an authority figure likely, allegedly, involved by official misconduct of coercively threatening a young girl who was being exploited. She is a Victim here not an instigator. A target of an adult predator that should have known better.
