Apperantly the motive is very know to those in that community. The sheriff supposedly discovered said judge was raping his daughter.

The judge made a stupid mistake. According to KY CCDW laws, the sheriff is one of the few ppl that can carry in the court room.

It makes no sense to me the revolving door, No bail, slap
on the wrist Bullsh!t was implemented for one reason and one

Public and brutal.
Our criminal Justice System is so far beyond screwed it stopped being funny long ago. Most times in a rape case the defense attorneys will turn it all around and make it seem the victim WANTED what they got. âVictim was dressed this wayâ or âVictim was a party girl, always out for a good timeâ or âLoose and lascivious.â They twist everything around so the rapist looks like an angel.
Then you have someone in power, like our judge, who felt that he was untouchable because he was a judge. Seems to me he was wrong. The Sheriff became Judge, Jury and Executioner in a very short court case.
This should stand as an example of what is awaiting someone who commits such a heinous crime. No matter who you are, no matter where you are, somebody can get to you.

Why I could never be a defense attorney. You have to present your client as an angel and I could never charge $700-$1,000 an hour. If they canât pay, take their home and property.
