#47 Donald John Trump

Could we get by with a small set of federal firearm laws and just ditch the rest? Government, like companies, seem to find the time to add new complexity but never take the time to retire old stuff.

Obviously, 4 years is not enough to rectify all the problems with government today. These are the issues I feel President Trump would need to address in the first 100 days.

  1. If this Country wants any semblance of a future at all, ELECTION INTEGRITY has to be addressed FIRST. We cannot allow another coup d’état to take place in this Country EVER AGAIN. THIS is the fundamental issue that has brought us to where we are right now. We have to ensure that all future elections represent the will of the people. We are STILL not out of the woods on this, and may never be again.

  2. A Country without a border is no longer a Country. Simple as that.

  3. We have to eliminate the apparatus that influences our legislature for personal/corporate goals rather than the Country’s goals. These are the lobbyists.

  4. We have to SHRINK the MASSIVE government bureaucracy that sucks our resources dry without creating value.

  5. We need a viable means of accountability for people in all government positions, as if they worked in the private sector. People need to be able to be fired, and lose their government benefits for gross incompetence.

  6. Enforce the laws.

  7. Violating oaths of office should be grounds for immediate dismissal. Seek out those who have violated their oaths through gross misconduct and prosecute.

I’m good with Noem, Tim Scott, or even Stefanik, however I think Trump and Bobert would be a bad combination, Bobert already had issues being handsy with a man at a public play, this might be dangerous in the Presence of Trump and further her son has just been arrested on Felony charges. I actually like Bobert but pairing her with Trump might be just a bit dangerous!

I totally agree with your list, and I’ll add one more. We need to figure out how to keep foreign money and shadow donors out of the campaign finance process. The idea of corporations being people, with all included rights, has to go, as do these huge PACS that can basically do whatever they want without limit or oversight.

Deport every member of our society that claimed they would leave in 2016.
If they didn’t leave then, they are ā€œillegal immigrantsā€, ( say it with me, ILLEGAL PHUCKIN IMMIGRANT ALIENS MURDERERS ) get them the hell out.
We’re tired of their threats to leave. I might even pay for their one way tickets to any socialist regimes of their choosing.

When you start begging to come ā€œhomeā€ keep phuckin begging, no one is coming to save you! If you’re really good, we won’t expose your genders!

Completely revamp all public schools, fumigation!
Remove all the ā€œTrans Rage Misgenderedā€ from our military!

Good luck with that!

Apparently only took a brief hello from a billionaire GOP donor, who apparently also just happens to have a $30 billion stake in TikTok, to get Trump to change his mind.

I’m no fan of Facebook but at least they make China pay for all the information they gather on us. TikTok is clearly a spying and propaganda arm of the CCP. I’m pretty sure their prime motivation isn’t saving us from Zuckerberg.

First of all, the President DENIES that a major GOP donor influenced him.
Shocker, media sows discord within MAGA supporters.

It was President Trump who tried to get TikTok OUT of America in 2020 via executive order, but was thwarted by Congress!

TRUMP wants to get Chinese espionage OUT of America in all its forms.

Whatever his plan, I trust him more than RINOS, liberals, and the media. Perhaps he sees TikTok as a possible weapon. At least he doesn’t EMBRACE TikTok like dementia Joe Bidung, who actually uses it despite warnings from his own intel agencies.

A lot of the discord on this is coming from the right not the left as it should in this case.

Lots of politicians deny lots of things. I find it to be an incredibly interesting coincidence that I think most people here would be jumping all over if it was Biden that had done it. But if Trump is suddenly for TikTok then we don’t have to worry about Chinese influence any more? I seem to remember some people here deriding Biden for passing a policy saying government employees couldn’t use TikTok for security concerns and then hypocritically opening up a TikTok account.

TikTok and Apple pie goes together now?? Nope, I’m not buying it. TikTok is clearly a major security risk to the US whether Trump likes it or not. He was right with his initial stand against it. I see no legitimate reason outside of money and influence to flip positions.

The Biden White House by the way is currently supporting a TikTok ban in the U.S. Kinda explains why a person with a $30 Billion stake in it would be trying to influence the GOP. But there is nothing to see here folks. Guess we just all should put the blinders on and go back to bashing Biden.

And by the way Trump is not denying his flip flop on TikTok at the moment. He is only denying that he was influenced by the billionaire GOP supporter. But if he gets enough push back on it I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up flipping back and denying the whole thing. Unless the money or quid pro quos are just to good to give up.

And for the record for folks that don’t know me since I’m sure I’ll get the comments. No I am not a Biden supporter. I strongly believe he belongs in jail. I just don’t think Trump has any real interest in draining the swamp. He was feeding the alligators in return for favors before he entered politics and I’m fairly well convinced he joined them at the trough beside his fellow politicians as soon as he got to DC.

Flame suit on and heading to the bunker!

Not very smart for a billionare. The other side is in charge, not the GOP, and they quite readily accept ā€œcontributionsā€. Trump is a private citizen last I checked.

Who do we think would run on the Democratic ticket this Fall season?

If not Biden? Do we think former California Governor Gavin Newsom would run, and what would be his chances? Having trouble wrapping my head around President Biden running again. IDK. Lots questions — this ought to be an interesting year.

Whoah.

Kamala could easily take the role of useful idiot. Ms. Obama would most likely be the populist choice. Barry maintains control either way. Toss up between those two for 1st place. Gavin brings up the rear a distant third.

The man has forfeited HALF a BILLION dollars of his own money in bogus charges and lawyer’s fees, and faces over 70 YEARS in prison, all for standing up for his country. Do you really think his running is about money?

He served for four years, and never took A PENNY in salary, saying it was a PRIVILEDGE to SERVE the Country.

Where do you propose we live? You got room? Though with all your defenses, it might be dangerous for us, until we learn how not to set-off the foo-gas. :sunglasses:

I don’t want to be on the other side of the continent, either. That makes travel to Europe even longer, though we do like DFW. We have been through that airport numerous times. Once my wife retires in a couple of years, we will have more options. This has been a topic of discussion for us.

Yes.

I believe that all the legal and civil cases against them and their families are the prime motivators for both Trump and Biden running this time despite their advanced ages. They need the ability to pardon themselves and their families while they generate more income behind the scenes.

Tens of millions of dollars being donated to the pacts supporting Trump are being spent on ā€œlegal consultingā€, code for all his legal fees. Since Trump was elected President his children and inlaws have been making millions of dollars off of business deals with foreign countries, including China, while often serving in official capacities for the White House. No risk of foreign influence there:/ They may be a lot smarter and not drugged out like Hunter but they are every bit as willing to peddle influence to pad their pockets.

Most white collar criminals never face charges so yes the fact that he is spending so much time in court and facing such large penalties is due to a political witch hunt from the left. In a ā€œfairā€ world he and his family would be getting away with all their corruption and indiscretions just as the Biden’s and almost all the other kleptocrats in DC have been for decades.

I don’t think that Orange Man is any badder than the rest of the DC critters. But I don’t see him as being any better either.
