I suppose I should have known that anything The Donald did would get resistance from the left and other groups with TDS but I have to admit, I’m surprised at the who and how much push back we’re seeing over the DOGE thing. Flushing the Federal Bureaucracy Toilet and Cleaning the Toilet Bowl has been needed for a Long Long Time! There are so many organizations and individuals whining and protesting and prophesying about the coming collapse of the federal government and the the “Take Over” of the government by a tyrannical leader, it’s mind boggling. Everyday I get more and more convinced, if you want to put a detailed list together of who’s getting Free Gubment Cheez you could simply look at the list of the folks filing law suits, protesting in the streets, opining on the house and senate floor. Cleaning up Government agencies is a good thing, not Reckless, not Viscous, not cruel.
I think it is difficult for people to admit they are wrong. I think we need to have compassion for these people and help them get over their trauma. To me it seems to be the only sensible thing to do. MAGA

How many people lost their homes not being able to make their mortgage payments because of the effect of inflation on their ability to meet their basic needs?
I don’t feel the least bit sorry for those who have no feelings about what they do to others by stealing from them.

It’s like running a household where you’re so deep in debt that you have to pay your food and electric bills with a credit card (because all your monthly income is going to servicing your debt), but refusing to give up eating out, going to expensive concerts and taking an annual Caribbean cruise.
I gotta admit, I’m popping Popcorn right now, I can’t wait to watch these government employees start their first private sector job. It’s going to be entertaining, “What??? 7:00am? I used to get to work at 9:30 and they didn’t mind…”.
To top it all off, they are indignant about getting caught and having their illegal gravy train derailed.
Just wait til their first real performance review. Better yet, let’s see one of them take a quota bearing job and how that feels, to have your income tied 100% to your personal performance!

When programs are found out all these gov. employees are exposed and deposed. They get upset and their friends and friends of friends and so on down the line…
Then you have our elected representatives who get paid to dream up listen to and scheme for programs like these to end up with their cut.

What I find notable about the USAID misuse of funds is that it was used to export a far left agenda designed to destructure society. Pure evil masquerading as freedom of expression. Who was really behind it?
The main reason that they lost the election was that they are out of contact with reality, and thus lost us too.

The problem is that their going after a lot of the wrong things.
They got to stop the traumatic hemorrhage applying tourniquets first to keep the patients alive for more definitive treatment of the causes of blood loss.
We have multiple economic casualties with significant financial hemorrhages all over the glob not just at home.
We don’t have enough financial blood, or blood expanders to keep all those casualties alive while trying to treat them.
First we have to arrest the bleeding.
What DOGE is doing is clamping down on the blood loss first.
More definitive treatments can then be offered.
Once the major hemorrhage is controlled.
That’s a major emergency field treatment to bring the patient back to where the talent is that they need, since there is never enough talent to bring out to all the casualties in need.
It’s simple logistics of battle field casualty management, and the chain of evacuation to most efficiently do the most good for the greatest number of casualties.
Now, think of all the waste, fraud, and abuse that has been going on unabated.
We don’t have the time, or resources to do anything definitive in the field except shut off the economic hemorrhage abruptly to save our economy from collapse.
The fine work, and details get worked out later once we save the nation from its demise.
It’s a simple matter of priorities.
It’s ugly, not purity just stopping the bleeding at first.
The fancy work gets done further back in the chain of evacuation.
Upfront, there is no time for subtleties in the field.
Too many would die that could otherwise be saved.
