Does anyone else feel as I do, that a weight has been lifted from our nation?

Sure the usual TDS patients will continue their insane rants, disinformation and continual lying. But I believe that the American people after being pummeled since 2015 about the evil orange man now see the mainstream media for what they truly are. A propaganda machine for the democratic party. The direct comparison from the Trump years to the current disaster in office since, their policies and their own actions contrary to DEMOCRACY damned them to defeat. They thought they were a lot smarter than the American people and these educated idiots could tell us that our reality was different from what we were living. Pompous arrogance from power hungry “elites” whose only goal was to remain in power by any means.

Americans lived the TRUTH and no amount of spin or lies could deny it.

Just my humble and simple opinion…

I agree that the burden has been lessened. We do, however, have a long way to go before our legs cease shaking, before we can stand fully erect and before we are able to feel the recovery.

A step in the right direction, a hike left to complete.

Yes, many have become aware of the thumb holding them down and this is progress. Let’s hope that we don’t squander the opportunity.

I have a feeling that Trump will be putting a foot up some Republican A$$ES and BIG changes will start happening REAL FAST! This is a mandate, his power is undeniable within the Republican party. Republicans who get in the way will soon find out they are tied to the tracks and the train is not stopping!

Yea!

We managed to win the popular and the electoral votes needed to re-install President Trump back into the office of the President of the United States.

However, have we really won yet?

The same machine that has used every dirty trick they could think of is, until January, still in power.

What exactly does that mean, in my opinion?

It means that they will continue with at least the same determination to undermine, subvert and overturn the results of the election victory that they fought so hard to prevent. Including their continuing efforts to destroy this country from within.

It means that the “justice” department, will remove all restrictions and fail safes, from Homeland Security, the FBI and all the other alphabet agencies in their mission to “remove Trump” and prosecute those of us that made our voices heard, at all costs.

The very real possibility also exists that a very special and top-secret “False Flag” event will be used to destroy this country by the above-named entities before the transfer of power in January.

What can we do to try to avoid allowing this to happen?

Just as a reminder, A good majority of us took an oath when we entered into service of our country. How many know that the oath never expired? What that means to me is that we are still bound by that oath. We, all need to start acting like we know this, and respond accordingly.

First, President Donald Trump must be protected from all threats to not only his life, but the office he was just re-elected to.

Second, those he has selected to assist him in the new administration must also be protected from any threats made to their people or families.

Third, we must respond to and disrupt any disturbances that are likely to happen without reservation, and with the same ferocity and determination they display.

This is likely to be an uphill battle, but we outnumber them, and they know it all too well.

I do not, and am not advocating for a civil war, but we cannot back down from the challenges we face. Not only for ourselves, but our children and their children. None of us want or deserve to live under the thumb of a tyrannical government.

May I be proven wrong.

I think that any shenanigans would be met with overwhelming response. Civilian, military and police.

The traitors would be fighting their own battle all by themselves and they’ve probably figured that out.

I’m hopeful judging on the people we have on our side: Musk, RFK Jr., Tulsi.

The last four years served as a winnowing, we would deal with less RINOs who betrayed Trump and the Republican base. Bye, Liz Cheney.
If Democrats feel the same and long for the old party of JFK, the nation as a whole would come out of this stronger.

The work is just starting folks. We have four years to conduct a purge of Communists from our government, root them out of our education system, restore the rule of law and make certain that, legislatively, what has been going on the last four years NEVER happens again. You can bet they are going to be doing everything they can to impede our efforts to root them out, but we have no choice unless we want to go through Obama’s Revenge, chapter 4; something our country, children and grandchildren might well never recover from. Time to saddle up and get steely eyed serious.

The current group is DOA. I can’t think of anything that they’ve been trying to do that would make sense doing. No one is going to give them money…or the time of day.

Lake Duck Central until 1/20/25. Still, Trump has already been working in the background, so he’ll be months ahead on day 1.

I’m hoping for 8 of JD after, so most of the rest of my life. I can’t tell you how much better I feel today than the last nearly 4 years.

Something that came up on multiple reddit subs by Democrats today is wondering why there’s 20 million less votes in 2024 than 2020, despite seeing articles on record turnouts. A few responses included the dumping of the 3 a.m. mystery ballots in 2020, but no, that can’t be according to these idiots. Fwiw, 2020, I checked the up to the minute count at 3a m and had Trump at minimum 294 votes, probable 306…went to sleep. 4 hours later I awoke and Trump had lost.
Glad that didn’t happen this time.

Well, folks. Let’s not ignore the fact that Biden and Harris still have about 2 months to throw the border gates wide open, challenge every states vote counting and have the DOJ and other 3 letter agencies attack Trump and Vance from every angle with lies, baseless accusations, lawfare and let’s not forget the once identified hit teams from other countries still unidentified and a threat. How many “Executive Orders” are about to be issued ? There is much work to be done. I can see radical leftist Democrats doing everything they possibly can to get in the way and attempt to derail each and every course correction. On one hand I suggest we take the high road and work with our neighbors to improve unity and secure our neighborhoods, then cities, then states and above all our nation. Then again, When the riots and looting begin, I would not feel bad if the police, National Guard and if necessary, the military support are given orders to shoot on sight.
Just a rant from a grumpy old US Marine Vietnam Combat Veteran. Sorry, I forgot, Vietnam is now a forgotten war never to be spoken of and veterans are worth less than those in the country illegally.

On the border, crossings have been cut roughly in half. But that isn’t due to the federal gov’t, but to TX who took on the role instead.

She vows to continue the fight. Let’s hope it is from an island far, far away.
