You can't have guns. You can't walk in with guns

All I can do is wonder what happened in this case. Were the protesters interfering or ICE.

ICE didnt shoot Pretti. It was CBP who was helping in ICE operation.

ICE was involved when Pretti went nuts and kicked the tail light, etc. ICE obviously didnt shoot him the 11 days prior.

Training? ICE is used to dealing with these situations and train for it. CBP is used to being on the border, not urban environments with riots.

Define interfering? For me blocking traffic is technically interfering but the correct response is to arrest those who are blocking traffic. As long as the protestors are not physically touching or assaulting a Federal Agent there is zero reason for that agent to respond with anything other than performing the arrest to remove the protestor who will then be charged with a misdemeanor.

AI Overview

An interfering person is someone who meddles in others’ personal affairs or tries to give unwanted advice, often in an annoying, intrusive, or officious way, getting involved in situations that don’t concern them. They are often described as busybodies or meddlers who overstep boundaries, creating a negative impression.

True, but he did not try to kill them, and from what I saw in the video, he was compliant, so by all means arrest him. I will hear people chirp in. Saying ā€œnot,ā€ when he was on the ground on all fours, he kept reaching up. All I have to say to this is please go down to your local gun shop and buy the military-grade pepper spray and spray it in your face and see if you do not reach to rub your eyes. This being said, let’s entertain that he was resisting two things about this. Should you murder him for this? He is dead, so we can never find out the truth.
One thing for sure, I am not going to believe what Christy Gnome says; she lied on TV worse than Dave on crack.

Dave, Dave’s not here.

Kind of semantics, but let’s look at this for a moment. If you shot someone multiple times in the leg, there’s a good chance he might just live. Normally when you shoot multiple times into a person and he dies, he was executed or murdered. What I see most of the time, and especially from the cabal here, is that it is murder if a Democrat is doing it but not if a Republican does it. Being a constitutionalist myself, I cannot reconcile these differences.

I guess I am going to need some clarification on what he did that justifies killing him.
Ok, now let’s look at it from another angle. Did the escalation ICE perpetrated justify the killing? If Petti is guilty, then by the same metrics, is not ICE guilty as well? They had just as much to do with the escalation that led to the death as Petti did. Now if they did not outnumber them 3 to 1 and did not have them on the ground. which, by all reasonable standards, this is control, then it might be a different story.

I’m a little more simple minded GC. Twice he brought a gun in 2 week (or so) . You dont bring a gun to confront law enforcement and expect nothing to happen. I never want to see this type of ending but stupid hurts.

Also, the Anti-ICE site tells the protesters not to bring weapons to these ā€œeventsā€.

Do you not carry your gun wherever you go? I do minus places I am not allowed to. I know from experience; I have sat in the car and looked at the place some friends want to meet for dinner and gone, "Oh shiat, this might be considered a bar. " It doesn’t have it in the name, so I leave it locked up in the car. There are many other places I go to and carry until I get there; you still have to travel to get there and maybe have stops along the way.
Was it stupid for him to go there armed, maybe? One could say definitely since he is dead. Does he have the right to do so? YES. So that to me is a moot subject; he at that time was within his rights.

Hypothetical for you. You are a fat guy, I mean, roly-poly. Your wallet is in your back pocket. You get pulled over; you step out of the car, and as he approaches, you reach in your back pocket to pull out your wallet. In doing so, your fat ass twists the shirt, and the cop gets a flash of your gun. Keep in mind he was out of earshot on a busy street, so noise was a problem. You did not have a chance to identify yourself and tell him that you are carrying. In your mind you are just an average guy thinking, ā€œOh shiat, I hope I don’t get a ticket.ā€ The cop pulls out his gun and shoots him dead. All because you have a lawful weapon and committed an infraction. He made a mistake at the time; it was not even a thought, but now he is dead. He did not brandish it or threaten the officer with violence. He is still dead. You can argue this many ways. In my mind, he wasn’t given even a chance. Fine, the cop pulls the gun. He has control at this point; you know it will take the other person 4 seconds to draw and aim his weapon, and you will easily kill him before he kills you. Should he be dead?

Oh, another thing, just to clear this dumb argument up. The government or the left can post whatever they want on a website about why you should not carry a weapon. Remember the second amendment. And don’t let them take your rights away. COME ON.
