GOP Rep. Introduces SAGA Act: If You Like Your AR-15, You Can Keep Your AR-15
Letâs go over this again because I am very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very stupid. Why donât we make it illegal to commit crimes with these guns? Silly me because the laws donât stop people from committing crimes. What does that say about being responsibly armedÂż
You do realize if drugs were outlawed we wouldnât have people overdosing.
That show was fâin hilarious
They quit prosecuting crimes, so they keep committing the crimes
Its a cluster
Reverend Jim taking his written Driverâs Lic. Exam:
" What does a yellow light mean?â
Bobby: Slow DownâŠ
Jim: Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat does a yellow light mean?
Bobby: âSlow Downâ
Jim:â Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat doeeeeees a yelllllllllllllow light mean?â
Priceless!
As for the Topic: If Iâm in agreement with this Bill does that make me a 'MAGA SAGA! â? Askinâ for a Fiend! And IF I âFlagâ people here does that make me a âMAGA SAGA FLAGA?â and IF THAT is true âŠoh nevamind!
I posted it in memes but what the heck, Iâll post it here too
Ironically, WV being a 2a sanctuary state, we follow our state laws and donât support any federal infringement.
This whole gun violence gun control thing is tiring, but lets the politicians feel useful I suppose. I wouldnât be surprised if hi-point was the most violent gun out there. Bad gun, go sit in the corner!
I wonder if the state gives up federal funding for that. What makes me wonder is my wife is a teacher and they donât get federal funding if they donât follow federal guidelines.
I havenât heard anything about funding getting blocked. It seems to be very low key, no protests or sign waving, my experience has been talking to people and two LEOâs saying âitâs not the gun, itâs the personâ and a couple guys commenting âno one cares what you have here .â Itâs very relaxing not having political Chihuahuas constantly yipping about wanting more control, and if that does result in less federal funding, it seems our state government is okay with that.
Same where I live. Our country Sheriff told me he thinks everybody should be armed. Iâm sure he meant responsibly armed.
Iâm hoping to see the whole country move towards the way things are supposed to be with our new administration. My wife was commenting on some beautiful property in NC and VA this morning (weâre looking for a second place) and I mentioned seeing some supposed moderate political critter in VA giving her âgun violenceâ speech. Glad my wife was âeff thatâ right away. Landâs a bit rougher here, but mentally itâs very smooth.

I didnât read the article but if it teaches kids how to be responsibly armed as a way of gun reform, I am all for it. I donât think that is the case.
Good luck if you decide to move there.
No, definitely not the case and this is something Janice especially saw coming down the road in VA when we were looking for our retirement place. No way will we buy there: way too many yipping Chihuahuas with -D after their name.
Think of all the fun you will have telling them whatâs up. How else are we going to turn the country aroundÂż
Oh, I already had that fun with Blumenthal, Murphy, Lamont and Malloy back when I lived in CT. Leading horses to water comes to mind.
I used to be that horse, now my cup is full overflowing. I know the mistakes people make about guns and I can talk to them on their own level.
The more I talked the more restrictions got passed back in CT. Took awhile, but now itâs âshut up and shoot⊠whatever you want.â Sheriff a bench over notes the selector on an AR my son left behind, I saw his eyes
and that led to the ânot the gun itâs the personâ comment from him. Think I brought down 18-20 guns deemed illegal in CT/NY etcâŠglad that drive is done with.
It used to drive me nuts, getting people to understand why we have a 2a, then the next time I saw them itâd be back to square one. And the politicians, I swear theyâre psycho for the most part in the blue states. Iâm watching CT now with their electric rates, 2.23x the price I pay in WV. The people protest, the government nods and acts concerned (both parties in bed with the utilities), the rates increase⊠immediately, noting the protest/response a month back.
Hoping this bill you posted gets passed, along with the reciprocity bill etc ⊠but itâs nice living where passage doesnât matter. You and I both know any states not liking this bill, if it got passed, would block it at the state level and tie it up in the courtroom for about âŠforever.
