To me it’s like a bad habit. Bad habits are hard to break. Especially when one thinks it’s a good habit.
Give credit where credit is due @SS1 posted the bill.
Oops, long thread. Yeah, it’d be good to have the gun grabbers on the defense anyways.
Look at massachusetts for the perfect example
AR’s AK’s as many others are banned, You have to chose from a roster for any firearms to purchase and the kicker is if your ltc is denied or suspended they expect you to surrender your firearms and ammo to the nearest authority
That is just too weird. They must not have any fatal crime in Massachusetts. Sounds like Massachusetts is opening it self up to the next fatal crime wave.
- They need to extend this to handguns as well. Rifles & shotguns are a good start, but…
- Get it on Trump’s desk immediately!!!
I can’t find any details on the bill number. Does anyone have that?
Not to worry
All the Illegals and gang bangers are all set
I used to head up that way to Cape Cod when I lived on the East Coast at the end of the summer. Massachusetts is one place I have seen
The best thing about mass is the view out the back window
Thank you for sharing this. I’ve been contacting members of Congress about this SAGA Act and sharing the info with friends and family since reading it earlier today. Not sure what the legal battle would look like the day Trump signed legislation like this. But I’d wager that battle would get to SCOTUS faster than we Californians can get anything there via the 9th Circuit. The 9th Circuit has a well deserved reputation for being the slowest court on the planet.
I know most gun owners don’t care about this type of legislation because they live in a “free state”. But this is something everybody should be onboard with. State legislators and Circuit courts should not be allowed to constantly stomp all over a Constitutional right; especially one that states clearly, “shall not be infringed”.
I thought you had it under control.
I care I’ll be praying for you. G-d bless California.
Only those listed above have the healy hotels
And of course we have fauxcahontas in dc
And the lights all went out in Massachusetts
ILLINOIS needs a dose of this legislation. The IL ban legislation for new purchases and registration for existing owners is currently in the federal court of appeals and may end up with SCOTUS. If the Tenney legislation passes that would be VG.
