Thank you for this Topic Buddy, Let us all REMEMBER that STUPID IS OUT THERE ALIVE AND WELL (and THEY are USUALLY ILLEGALLY ARMED!) .To say this guy DESERVED to be DRT is an understatement, the list of Stupid is long and violent, having INSTANT KARMA is RARE! and having this DASH CAM and the âNewest Chalk Line Clubâ Family BACK the Off duty Cop is even rarer!
RECENT ALBUQUERQUE EXAMPLE OF ARMED STUPID HAPPENED YESTERDAY:
Josiah Armijo, a private security guard, faces second-degree murder charges after allegedly shooting and killing a suspected shoplifter outside a Spirit Halloween store in northeast Albuquerque on Thursday evening. The victim has been identified by the Albuquerque Police Department as Chase Beltramo. Chase stole (allegedly) $90 worth of Halloween BS, Not a Dirt Nap Capital crime by any means but knowing almost ANYONE can be Security (Armed) these days should send shivers down your spine! (all they need is a clean record and able to obtain a Level3 Guard card with almost zero training they hand somebody a shirt (you buy the pants) and you are assigned a Post) God Speed try not to kill anybody copping a Wendyâs Baconator!

Stopped watching Colion recently. Tired of the new him. They used to be interesting. Now he sounds a bit like a raving loon much of the time.

Sure would like to know who Chase Beltramo is, his criminal history, and where he is from. If all this is on camera, hopefully the whole incident might (but doubt that it will) help the security guard with his case. He could have used a taser (IF HE HAD ONE, donât know) after using mase (which he did according to the report) on the shoplifter âOOPS

) but not pulling out his gun at the (suspected âya rightâ ) shoplifter. Thereâs a little more to the story than what the picture depicts. But in any case, the charges against the security guard may stick, unfortunately.

Been there done that, it was my home however. And his family came after me however I had the video to prove that I told him not to enter into my home armed.

Well, since you asked so nicely Blood Brother just go to KOAT.TV there may be parts of the vid and more info on our dearly departed Chase. The real story is YOU DONâT SHOOT A SHOP LIFTER. EVER. IF he had a weapon (knife/Gun/ Spray bottle of the newest Chemical agent that melts flesh THEN itâs Weaponâs FREE! May the Good Lord have mercy on yer Soul.
But he didnât. He was unarmed and he gave ChaseâŠ.uh Chase! ERROR BUZZER, 2nd degree MURDER thanks fer playinâ. He (was) a Security Guardânot ICE, Not a COP nor Special AgentâYOU LET THEM GO!
It sucks to see a Crim run away but A) it was under $100 in Merch, and B) those are unfortunately da RULES OF THIS GAME. Just like USCCA tells us âyou donât cap an unarmed Perp/ BG/ wanna be tough guy. This WILL get you da Silver Bracelets and the book(s) thrown @ you. Then the Family of the Formerly of this Earth come after you⊠The Courts/Law it just isnât worth it. A VERY Wise man once told me âIf you let them go what is the WORST thing anyone can throw @ you?âYou lose your Job, (then the ancillary stuff comes in can you lose your LEVEL3 Guard card (donât think so), You may be told your Security firm loses the contract with this customer (hence you can lose your job) but thatâs prolly it. Everybody goes home @ night. So the next day you go on Indeed.com and begin the hunt all over again. As for the Taser you need âClassesâ (Training) this goof obviously had none with a Firearm thinking heâd go the extra mile for a Taser doesnât wash for me 9plus the serious expenditure of said Taser on a $16-20 an hour Guards pay? oh well.
We may never find what Chase did before death but we may hear Mr. Armijoâs history before allâs said and done. Heâs already OUT on bail (with a 2nd degree MURDER charge?âyup, I know crazy) but his troubles are just starting.
Makes me rethink quitting USCCA because STUPID IS EVERYWHERE!

Yep, youâre right, and on point, and I bet Armijo is wishing he could have done things differently now that heâs got time to think of how it all went down, but too late for that. Canât take it back. Thereâs no reverse playback. All he can do is face what will be coming.

YUP! 10-20 I bet.
I donât mean to sound so Callous here. BUT! these folkâs in âSecurityâ take to EASY way to carrying a Firearm and âDispense Law/Justiceâ. They are told they are a valuable cog in the Security wheel. IF you are lucky they give you a Weapon/box of Ammo, tool belt and a couple of shirts (maybe some Tac pants if they have them). You are JUST STARTING OUTâwill you be Posted @ the White House? HARDLY, you are sent where Sh!t happens and it often happens DAILY. They get overwhelmed (because they ARENâT TRAINED UP) and they get frustrated and make Fatal mistakes.
It happens more times than reported and yes Ronald he will face the music (alone)

An 18-year-old man is in jail after an attempted carjacking Saturday in northwest Albuquerque.
According to court records, Kash Brown and two other juveniles attempted to steal a Ford F-150 truck at Ventana Ranch Park around 6:45 a.m. Saturday. The owner of the truck was preparing a field for an upcoming childrenâs soccer game when he noticed three men in his vehicle.
Court documents say the owner of the truck confronted the three men, when Brown attempted to swing at him. A brief altercation occurred, which resulted in the truck owner knocking out Brown.
According to court records, the other two males had jumped into a red vehicle and allegedly fired two gunshots in the air while leaving the park. Albuquerque Police arrived at the scene and took Brown into custody.
ME: The âAccompliceâsâ will soon be arrested because âBroken Faceâ will roll on them (if he hasnât already). I swear kids are MORONâs these days. Attempting to steal a Truck while the owner is RIGHT THERE is incredibly stupid.
Brown is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center. He has been charged with assault, conspiracy to commit burglary of a vehicle and burglary of a vehicle.

This is Albuquerque, he may be let off scott free because it was his First offense? (was it?) If you keep dropping charges because itâs their first offense isnât the next crime his first offense
