This senior citizen is going to prison for legally defending himself. What kind of an upside down world has NY become, where the law and prosecutor says you can legally defend yourself, but can’t legally have the tools to do so? While a deranged thug was allowed to walk the streets, this old guy will spend his last few years in prison because he didn’t obey an unconstitutional gun registration law, and he proved that guns are needed to stop the very thugs these prosecutors and judges allow on the streets.

Well, if NY’s gun law says you have to have a license/registered for your firearm to carry, that’s going to be the downfall for this poor unfortunate 67-year old and being a resident of NY should have followed the gun laws of NY. 
BUT!!! 
Had they (guns) been in compliance, it would have been a justified self-defense IN NEW YORK 
“Right???” YES? NO? MAYBE??? in New York….???
aah…forget it…!!! If you’re going to be rubbed by BALL POINT PEN on the streets of NY just hand over your wallet, keys, your shoes, your shirt off your back, and your unlicensed gun to avoid going to JAIL!!!
