The baba yaga?? Are you afraid of the Boogyman? I’m not!
Yeah? Well, you should be.
I LOVE those movies. such a great time!
I love the guy, but those were really terrible movies.
It’s not about the movie… it’s about the firearms
As I’m fond of telling my bosses over the years, “you don’t have to choose.” You can find good movies and good firearms, no?
Hello Rolen, read your post. The Keltec PMR-30’s that are currently sold are very reliable and innexpensive. I bought one earlier this year and have found it shoots soft and is a Tack Driver! As for personal defense I have heard of a police officer or two using them for off duty carry (lightweight and high capacity), The trigger pull is light and reset very short. Nice handgun, and a lot of fun to shoot. Only issue is that it may not have enough power to really be an effective round on attackers (again, if someone knows otherwise, please tell!)

Hello I’m Paul and I’m from Massachusetts, yes, I know, a tough place to be Conservative and an A2 and CC supporter. I’ve been a hunter for sometime and only started carrying the past 2 years mostly because the state of country. But, I’m hoping to exchange ideas and tips on training in self-defense and CC and weapons and practical methods for protecting me and my family…BTW, my wife has just finished a NRA training course and has applied for her license to carry, she is also a member of USCCA as so am I and i’m glad to be part of this community.
Awesome!! Thanks for the heads up! I hope you’re having a great day.
@Paul157
I am new as well. And, can really relate to not having an abundance of support in your area. I have had strong protective instincts my whole life. But, most (thank God not all) of my family and friends told me I was paranoid and over reacting for wanting to be prepared.
You are not paranoid at all brother you are your families protector and your family will get it one day. Tell them you have a family that understands. USCCA
Welcome to the family brother Paul hope you stay a while.
thank you all for the warm welcomes and yes I too have been told i’m paranoid, but my wife supports me and tried to trained my kids to be aware, be prepared, enjoy the beauty of the world God has given us, and always remember…it is better to have it (weapon) and not need it than to need it and not have it.
take care and stay safe
Hello all. My name is Shawn. I’m a single father of one. I’m a navy veteran. I recently decided to get my carry permit. I was introduced to USCCA through the Warrior Poet Society. The reason I decided to start carrying is to be a protector. I hope and pray that I never need the coverage provided by USCCA. But in the world that we live in you can never be too prepared. I am fortunate enough to have training facilities nearby. I intend to train on a regular basis as often as possible from hear on out. I’m very thankful for this community and look forward to getting to know you all.
Dawn,
I am not sure how to sign up for the Community

Hey everyone. My name is Brett and I live in Wintersville, Ohio. I’m originally from central Illinois but have lived all over. I spent 18 years in the military but couldn’t retire due to medical reasons so now I work in the oilfields. I enjoy all types of guns and shooting but primarily old military weapons. It’s good to be here!
