A couple of boxes of Instant Oatmeal from Costco(or
any big box) adds to the Pantry.
If I can’t/don’t want to go out—every things shut down, I’m covered for a bit.
And it tastes pretty good! That’s the shocker!
I’ve had MRE’s that I wouldn’t give a pet…
And as you say if it gets really bad it just doesn’t matter.
I don’t have a Bunker mentality
I like people…some… I have a small network of like minded folks
that I can talk to, get info, trade with. This food/Ammo is gold.

Yes and no.
I like the accountability factor. I hate clickbait. I despise the fear-mongering way the article was written.
However, there is likely some legitimacy to the concern. Just common sense of the open border and the attacks we’ve seen in other countries tells us that.
I’d rather see some rational writing that tells us what the concerns are, what the true likelihood is, and what the public should be doing to prepare for it. (Not that many of us need those action items, but I’m always interested in picking up nuggets of info.) I prefer the threat level type stuff over the sky is falling and the zombies are coming type stuff.
And I weary with the anonymous source stuff.

I didn’t use the words “red dawn.” Honestly, I’m not even sure what the phrase means specifically.
My statement about the attacks we’ve seen in other countries is a reference to the Russian theater attack and some other smaller profile events in other countries. I think those kinds of attacks are not unlikely.

I think red dawn is just being used to juice up the chicken little click bait aspect, honestly…it’s meaningless or is being used wrong as red dawn was literally an invasion of the US by a foreign country.
But the title says waves of terror attacks. Nothing else that has happened or can be cited, including the one-off in Russia, is anything like waves of terror attacks.
Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything legit or accurate or true come out of the gateway pundit
But as was mentioned above if you make vague enough predictions of violence continuously, you can claim be right eventually
Though, then again, I’m supposed to be locked in my own neighborhood by UN military patrols nationwide as of a year or two ago so
Oh and that train with the fertilizer or whatever was supposed to have blown up a city block last year
And the current VP was supposed to be POTUS about three years ago?

I did as well! As soon as Alvin and the chipmunks were about to gloat, I switched to Band of Brothers to watch what real men do when the sh#t hits the fan from all directions.
I know my blood pressure spiked, it has since come down.
Now I walk among an enemy whose morale has exceeded my ammo count and is more like to attack! The justice system is officially dead.

The one glaring fact that cannot be dismissed (for me) is the
blatant Invasion of foreign military age males from all over the World.
This along spells trouble for this Country. And the fact that a lot of
these fine fellows have seemed to just disappear is also noteworthy.
Pudding and Co. like them or not have made this entire country UNSAFE.
I have taken major changes for my Sister and I to negate any possible
Attacks for the rest of the year (at least till after the Elections)
I no longer Guard, or cross the Rio Grande river and go into Albuquerque
(if I can help it), My job now is (4)minutes from my home. We both carry
almost 24-7 (I’m strapped at home now) These changes don’t protect me
from random attack but they lessen the chance of being caught in the open in
a Mall, public place, Event. I simply don’t go to those places anymore (for now)
These people are here for a reason and it isn’t to become a US Citizen
That ismy take and I act accordingly. The thought of having armed ‘cells’ waiting
to strike seems very real to me. You can poo poo that but I’ve been caught in a few hairy situations nd had to fight my way out. I am now older and rounder and partially disabled
so I have taken all these factors in streamlining my life for the least amount of risk possible.
I carry in Costco now no longer leaving my firearm in my lockbox, I just use my bellyband
and limit myself to two extra mags (I feel naked but what are you gonna do amirite?)
Thi administration wants their power firmly secured, forever, no questions asked. The Donald dead/Imprisoned whatever it takes. No one here can doubt we are on a slippery slope to Socialism/Marxism where Big.gov is all seeing All Powerful correct and getting ‘involved’ in every facet of our lives they can damn the Constitution, 2A whatever.
This is going to get bad like it or not. Be it the ‘Migrants’ big.gov, Tyrannical rule, A foreign Power first strike whatever I believe that either a Major event or many smaller events will happen before November. These people are addicted to power and money and will not just give both up without a fight.

Same here Shockingly I switched off the Net and went with ‘The Pacific’ and ‘The Last of Us-Pedro Pascal’s Post Pandemic Disaster) I couldn’t believe I didn’t want to watch Dinero and Puddin’ gloat. I must be maturing… so sad, I did switch out the .9mm for the .357 so I have that going for me!

“Accountability” was taken off the table:
- After Joey ENABLED an invasion of 12 million (AND COUNTING) illegals in with no consequences
- When Joey was found to have top secret documents in four different locations and HIS house was never raided (Same with slick Willie)
- When Barry & company spied on an elected president
- When Comey got away with lying to obtain FISA warrants
- When Hillary skated after destroying 33,000 emails
- When 51 intel officials cast doubt on the authenticity of the information on Hunter Biden’s laptop,
KNOWING it was a lie. - When Joey used U.S aid dollars as a bargaining chip to get the investigator looking into Burisma’s
business dealings (Where HUNTER sat on the board) fired. (THAT admission of guilt was on video) - When several of Hunter’s tax evasion charges were thrown out because the statute of limitations was allowed to run out by the justice department.
- When “Judge” Mershan denied President Trump of several of his constitutional rights.
- When Joey decided to ignore the Supreme Court’s decision that a president providing student loan
forgiveness was unconstitutional.

We had the local sheriffs department come in and do some training with our church safety team. They talked about symphonic terrorist attacks as an outside possibility. I put that in the same category as red dawn. Anything is possible, but not everything is likely. I think we should have a general level of preparedness. I think nationally that level should be higher. But I think we should be preparing for stuff that is more likely to happen first.
This is just one opinion.

This is one of the things I dislike about the current political environment. If someone doesn’t bow to the alter of Trump then they get labeled a muslim loving communist, or worse yet an evil liberal. Same from the left, if you don’t agree that Trump is the spawn of Satan then you are a racist Nazi or worse yet a conservative.
There is no room allowed for middle of the road political discourse anymore. You are either with “us” or you are against “us”. The words liberal and conservative are used as slurs by the apposing side for anyone who does not march along in perfect lock step. Everyone has to turn a blind eye to the fatal flaws of their side’s leaders because the other side is 100% wrong and 100% evil.
The funny thing for me is that when you throw me into a bunch of people from the diehard liberal camp they all assume I am a Trump supporter. When you throw me into a bunch of diehard conservatives they all assume I voted for Biden. I am quite proud of the fact that neither of these kleptocrats has gotten nor will ever get my vote. From everything I have seen they are both dividers and problem ignorers, not the uniters and problem solvers this country so desperately needs at the moment.
Independent thinkers are public enemy number 1 to both the left and the right.

Your argument has some merit, of course.
Be that as it may, our country is in real peril, and there are two basic camps.
Being on the sidelines will only only serve to make you feel better about your lack of participation, the peril still exists.
And please, don’t try to tell me the peril doesn’t exist. I have been an American my entire life (And that’s six and a half decades)
In my lifetime, I have NEVER seen America in this state.

The problem for me is that I am firmly convinced that both camps are far more worried about their own personal agendas then about solving any of the many problems our Nation is facing. Yes Biden might take us to heck in a hand basket faster than Trump but either way we end up in the same place.
There is a solid argument that the longer we delay hitting the brick wall the worse the crash will be when we do finally hit it. Both the Democrats and Republicans have proven to be completely fiscally incompetent.
If the Republicans or Democrats want my vote they are going to have to pick way better candidates next time.

There was no proof that he did. She even admitted in testimony that it was someone else that she gave her number to. There were so many holes in her story even Long Dong Silver couldn’t get traction in that.

Which in my opinion was brought on by the left not giving an inch and demanding a mile. My way or the highway thinking from them. They drew the line in the sand and the right had to do the same. We have to pick a side and stand strong in it. To my thinking that is just like what our founding fathers had to do.
Do we in this time and era have the guts to do the same?
