The ATF has gone after Q, the makers of SBA tactical braces, & a company named P80 (or something like that). They intend to leave the rules vague so that any agent will be free to interpret them in their own way. All this is a way to harrass the 2A Community. I’ve decided, at least for the time being, to abandon my purchase or building of an AR pistol. I want whatever changes to be clearly defined so I can decide what to do.
The paperwork we fill out now to purchase a firearm is about as much information as I care to give. A $200 tax stamp… Thats like 4 boxes of ammo
