May 31st, a day that will live in infamy! Pistol brace day is upon us and is you or aint’ ya’ doing it right? I have been watching different videos on this and even the lawyers cannot accurately answer the question of, If I remove my brace am I legal? The FTA stated that if you remove the brace, you should be fine but yet in the writing of the law says that the brace has to be set-up to not be able to except a brace. It also says that any sights that has to be sighted through will make it an illegal short-barreled rifle.
Dang if you do and dang if you don’t! I also watched a video where LEO’s are not happy with all the new rulings on the brace rules. We used to say, 8 million comedians out there and you think you are one? and now we are like 80 million Americans out there and their all felons now, thank you ATF!
In my non lawyer, non legal non professional just a guy personal opinion, those are both SBR’s. Look at them. They are SBR’s. If you or an aquaintance wants to pay the lawyers and risk the jail time to be a test case to the contrary, make sure a big YouTuber knows about the case so we can follow along.
I do not have any need nor want to own one, I was showing what is currently being marketed as Non NFA even with the upcoming May 31 date.

What Brace Officer???
All my guns drowned on Elephant Butte Lake earlier this year in
a freak boating accident … I was cleaning all my guns and a rogue wave
swept them all overboard! Scary…The only weapon I own now
is a butter knife (w/ butter still on it…smirk )
Dettlebach told congress on the record that if you just take the brace off and have a bare buffer tube its not illegal, but i cant imagine that will stop them from booting your door and shooting your dog
