Update to change. ATF admits they made a mistake.
Iām glad they admitted a mistake, but I have to wonder how that mistake was made. The question was already answered on the website, so someone took the effort to change it. Who took it upon themselves to change the ATF website? Why?

Yeah, it freaked me the eff out. Was worried about my wife. Constructive Possession is a pretty big broom to sweep with.
The pessimistic part of me thinks this is the next thing they are going to do after the ruckus dies down.

To be fair, they donāt use tax dollars to defend themselves from lawsuits. They print the money instead.
