USCCA upfront fees?

Does USCCA allow payment to member of any legal fees, bail, etc.?

Or must members wait until after adjudication of the case? So effectively “no up front fees.”

Can anyone clarify this? Thank you!

@Dawn will clarify this for you in the morning but from personal understanding it would be up front.

If you were hauled off after a self-defense innocent — God-forbid, boom!

USCCA is there with an outstretched arm.

Plus, after such scenario there is a lot more USCCA will cover you for then just what comes to the forfront of mind.

For example: loss wages, psychological health bills and so on and so forth.

I am not an employee of the USCCA, nor do I play one on TV. I also did not sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

May want to ask @Dawn, but I believe the USCCA pays the costs as they occur. Until you hit your limits that is.

Absolutely, perfectly said @Zavier_D!

And allow me to rephrase, I don’t mean there with a check in hand, should say, to grab your hand and cover as they walk with you.
