@Dawn Here is the home page of the “Community” app. As you can tell it is not from using any browser. It is a stand alone app. It’s great, you should get it. :rofl:

Ok that’s what I get, but on the desktop its a link to the browser tab in chrome.

I’ve talked to the team who is far more technologically inclined than I am, they were wondering if you created a separate “app” from your web browser?

Evidently some phones allow you to take a web page and create a shortcut/app appearance from them. That was news to me! (I have to see if it can be done on iPhones.)

From a tech person: In Chrome, if you click the three dots in the upper right hand corner and “add to home screen” it creates an app-like appearance and an app badge.

You can do that from Safari on an iPhone!

We’ve done it here on both apple and android and it gives the app downloaded line as well, but it’s really not. :confused:

@Dawn you can with an I phone as I use to have it that way. I now have it that way on my andro6phone. Yes it is a shortcut that looks like an app

I can’t even find the three dots on my phone when its open in safari. still looking. maybe im missing something. I use an iPhone but I don’t have chrome
 I don’t think. if its anything google I try not to use it. ill keep trying something else. maybe my kids can help me lol

In Safari, use the box with the arrow at the bottom of the screen:

Then scroll to Add to Home Screen:

FWIW i dont download apps for my phone if I can get the same experience by using my browser.

This way i can just tap the link instead of trying to remember the web address.
