Transcripts of the Biden tapes (Interviews for his book) are now available to the public

Here is the link to the released transcripts.

I read the first 45 pages, then had to stop. Two things stand out in these released transcripts.

  1. There are an awful lot of redactions for information that isn’t supposed to be classified, since his ghost writer had no clearance, and
  2. Biden couldn’t make coherent sentences back when the transcripts were made, let alone make coherent decisions when he was president.

As a country, we are extremely lucky to have survived his presidency. Take a gander at these transcripts and honestly tell me you disagree.

The audio is worse, as the transcript does not indicate how long those pauses were, some were well over 10 seconds, and I believe some much longer. You are right, no sign of congition issues, even then. :rofl:
