Photos USED TO BE PROOF POSIVE OF WHATEVER THEY SHOWED, BUT, NOW with a photoshop app photos can and are edited and altered a lot more than ever, to lie, for sensationalism, for pranking, for extortionists… for any reason at all, or just because they can.
So, just Keep in mind someone might have changed features in either or both photos, and made them appear different than they were originally.
Photo are no longer “proof of anything if doctored.” And, those changes may not be easily noticed if you are not skilled at detecting that kind of tampering, the better ones are hard to pick out.

To illustrate that point go to any store that has an in store photo service, like most national pharmacies do, where you can bring your own photos digitally saved on any memory disk or stick, can plug it into their customer service computer for your convenience to select and alter your photos before you choose your selection for them to print. If you have a photo with someone you want to print next to you don’t want to print, you can eliminate the one you don’t want like they were never there for instance.
