Prior to election, the House had a slight majority that was really close because of several members retiring before the election. The Senate has been controlled by Dems for many years with Schumer as the whip and nothing the House sent to them was ever introduced to the Senate floor for a vote unless it was to spend more wasted money. The Supreme Court has 5 right leaning with only 4 left leaning. One of the lefts is being encouraged to retire so the left thinks they can get a replacement for her before the new Senate take control with Republic control. She has told them NO and even if she did, it is very doubtful anyone could be confirmed on such shot notice.

That means that dispite the Democrats pledge to Resist the Trump Administration addenda with their (TDS) Trump Derangement Syndrome, we can still get to correct the massive mess they made this past four-years.

Sonia Sotomayor is facing pressure from some Democrats to retire now, she has some health issues which, some Democrats, feel may cause her to retire in the next 4 years, which would allow Trump to nominate a Conservative Justice, some Democrats want her to retire now so that Biden could appoint a new liberal Justice before Trump takes office.
The Supreme Court as it stands now is a 6-3 split between Conservative Justices and Liberal Justices.

In the meantime before the next presidential election, don’t give up on supporting this our president by voting in our republicans to the Senate and Congressional District Representatives, and Governors to help him pass our bills to his desk for his signature.
We have that trifecta in place now with this resounding victory, let’s keep that alive and well going forward into the next presidential election as long as we can, and not diminish our gains by letting them erode.
