Good representation on that lawyer to step up and defend this individual and glad that the judge sought it through with great advice for this kid and hope this kid learns and makes good of his life.

I highly doubt his brothers were just selling “water” outside of a Jack in the Box, this Judge will certainly face criticism later for his stupid decision of catch and release when this “Thug” murders someone later. If you are 17 and you are carrying an illegally purchased firearm, it’s not because you support the 2nd Amendment.

Where are your facts. What makes you assume his brother was doing something else. Opinions do mean sh?t only facts. The boy was wrong for having a gun and under age that is a fact.
