This article is a prime example of straight up chaos. Multiple police agencies coming from different directions. Bullets flying by, shadows, officers on the ground etc. All I can say is Hats Off To The Cops. That whole thing is straight up craziness.

A teen who’s stealing alcohol was heard telling a store employee, “you can’t touch me or you’ll be in trouble.”
Where do we draw the line between
laying hands on a young thug
and allowing ourselves to be seriously hurt then trying the kid as an adult?
