I shut mine out…. He used a gov tracking program that they get from a private company, that I have used for commercial purposes and with one call I can get everything I need about anyone down to favorite toilet paper and how much they use a month.
As an example, for a demo to someone else that wanted to use the service I put one of their agents on a speaker call and gave him my first name and town I live in. In 2 seconds he said “Lxxxxx is the name of the second child of your ex-wife’s second husband that she divorced 4 years ago.” I said, you can stop right there
I had heard a long time ago that parts of it could be changed. To be stripped out by the phone seems to be too much but everybody has a reason to do what they do.
I usually wear blue jeans with an untucked shirt. The little watch pocket on the jeans is an excellent place to put a single spare magazine. Several different types of magazines will fit in that little pocket. I’m left handed so it’s easy to reach the spare mag with my right hand for a quick reload, and the untucked shirt covers it until it’s needed. Try it and see it it will work for you.
I have to retrain to become left-handed. Carl156, I’m too old to teach an old dog new tricks. Just need to practice situational awareness. Also, my little watch pocket is made in China and will not accommodate a double stack. Stuck in Lodi again.
Hard to say what is the ad here. Most of us are mentioning product and manufacturer names, saying these are awesome, or even the best… Is this an advertisement or not?
Despite being hidden by the community, I looked at the Extracarry website. The concept actually looks pretty good to me. Then I saw this @RocketPak review of it:
I am becoming more comfortable with the @Enzo_T rear pocket with wallet approach:
Edit: I am disappointed @Extracarry did not address the @RocketPak review, especially since their first post was later in that thread
Glad it worked for you. I’m always looking for a better mousetrap, that includes simplification and efficiency. To me that’s an essential quest to improving your odds when the SHTF. If I find a better way to carry my spare mag I’ll make sure to share and I’m always listening if anyone else does.
Okay, so I have adopted the “Enzo back pocket magazine carry method.” It is working well for me. There is the issue of it flopping over when I pull out my wallet. I tend to live in cargo shorts or pants when I’m not in business dress clothes, and they’re fairly loose. However, I’ve decided this is a minor inconvenience. I almost always use my phone for payment when I’m out and about (except for some reason Walmart still doesn’t have touchless paymentnt), so my wallet rarely comes out, anyway.
I would have thought that the rigid magazine would be uncomfortable when sitting, but with it riding outside of the wallet, it’s far enough to the side that you don’t really sit on it, so it disappears back there.
This is the problem I’m having. I need to find a kydex mag carrier for IWB that rides a lot lower. If anything prints when I carry, it’s always the damn mag.
