Key improvements over a Shield Plus are Significant and draw my attention:
- Optics ready.
- Longer grip so 13 round magazine fits flush; all fingers can grip.
- Night sights.
A Shield Plus has a short grip with flsuh fit 10-round magazine. I have to use the extended magazine to get a complete four-finger grip. Also it is not optics ready.

I like this as a great 9mm option, as I’ve continued not to be as enthralled with the Bodyguard 2.0 like everyone else seems to be.
