On December 29, 2019, Jack Wilson ended a church shooting in six seconds with a single shot. The next day, Michael Bloomberg, the godfather of gun control, commented, ”I wasn’t there. I don’t know the facts — that somebody in the congregation had their own gun and killed the person who murdered two other people. But it’s the job of law enforcement to have guns and to decide when to shoot. You just do not want the average citizen carrying a gun in a crowded place.”

In the six seconds from his first shot to the moment he took his last breath, the would-be mass shooter gunned down two church members.

What if Bloomberg had had his way and the church had relied solely on police for protection?

White Settlement is a small city northwest of Fort Worth, Texas. The West Freeway Church of Christ is about two miles from police headquarters.

Think about all the moving parts involved in responding to an emergency call. How many minutes would the killer have had before having to face Bloomberg-approved defenders?

On July 17, 2022, Elisjsha Dicken, firing from 40 yards away, took out a would-be mass shooter at Greenwood Park Mall in Greenwood, Indiana. Some in the media were critical of Dicken —who complied with Indiana carry laws — because he violated the mall’s no-guns policy.

It was less than a minute from the time the mall killer opened fire until the time he collapsed, mortally wounded. It was still enough time for him to murder three people in the food court.

Greenwood Park Mall security personnel are not armed. However, the mall does hire off-duty police. It was unclear whether any of the moonlighting officers were working or where they might have been at the time of the attack.

How many more minutes would have been needed for an armed officer to engage the shooter?

Put another way, how many more people would have been sacrificed to gun control’s totally warped value system?

All murders are homicides, but not all homicides are murders.

**Criminal homicide―**a.) Murder and non-negligent manslaughter: the willful (non-negligent) killing of one human being by another. Deaths caused by negligence, attempts to kill, assaults to kill, suicides, and accidental deaths are excluded. The program classifies justifiable homicides separately and limits the definition to: (1) the killing of a felon by a law enforcement officer in the line of duty; or (2) the killing of a felon, during the commission of a felony, by a private citizen. b.) Manslaughter by negligence: the killing of another person through gross negligence. Deaths of persons due to their own negligence, accidental deaths not resulting from gross negligence, and traffic fatalities are not included in the category manslaughter by negligence.

The FBI’s National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) uses code 09 to identify homicides. Code 09 is subdivided into three distinct offenses:

  • 09A includes murder and non-negligent manslaughter. These are always criminal offenses and they’re what most people consider to be ‘gun violence’.
  • 09B covers the range of negligent manslaughters, which may or may not be criminal offenses, depending on the circumstances and the filing of charges.
  • 09C identifies justifiable homicides. These are further divided into those committed by law enforcement and those committed by private citizens in self-defense or defense of others. Justifiable homicides are never criminal offenses.

Gun control advocates lump these all together. In their view, deadly force used to stop a violent attack is the same as deadly force used to commit murder.

Giffords goes to great lengths to dismiss what they call the ‘Good Guy With A Gun Myth‘. The group cites a 2003 Stanford Law School article by Professor John Donohue and David Hemenway’s flawed 2007-2011 study ofdefensive gun uses to bolster their claim.

Giffords and other hoplophobe gangs like to link justifiable homicides to stand your ground (SYG) laws, which they call ‘licenses to kill’ and racist because of the ratio of Black offenders and White defenders.

Of course, these are the same fine people who brought us Jim Crow laws and are doing their level best to make legally armed self-defense unaffordable for much of the population. They would likely be upset to learn that black Americans are one of the fastest-growing demographics among gun owners.

There are numerous factors affecting the higher offender and victimization rates, especially among young black males, but stand-your-ground laws and constitutional (permitless) carry aren’t among them.

It’s not politically correct, WOKE, or whatever else they’re calling repression of dissenting views these days. However, truth has one distinct advantage: It’s true.

The one (and only) thing the gun-grabbers did get right is the increase in justifiable homicides.

FBI UCR/NIBRS* statistics for the 29 years from 1996 to 2024 do show an increase in the total number of justifiable homicides.

However, what the control freaks missed was that the number committed by private citizens soared while the law enforcement share shrank.

Historically, the majority of justifiable homicides were the result of law enforcement action. No surprise there: Police are almost invariably armed and have broader authority to use lethal force.

A similar dynamic may be at work here.

Beginning with Alaska in 2003, 28 states have joined Vermont and no longer require a license or permit to carry a concealed handgun. Tens of millions of American adults now have the choice to be their own first responders.

And this is a very good thing. Since 1996, nearly 8,800 Americans have refused to become victims or to rely on the government.

If this is a problem for Giffords, Everytown, or Democrats, they have only their own screwed-up value system to blame.

** UCR is the FBI’s former Uniform Crime Reporting system. NIBRS replaced the UCR in 2020.*

I wonder how Michael would have felt if he was part of that church congregation that day? Would he prefer to be gunned down waiting for the Police, or have an average citizen stop the shooting?

Hypothetically speaking, if Michael were to experience what those of the congregation did, I’d bet his vocal reaction would have been the opposite.

Realisticly speaking, he’s a politician and doesn’t need to be armed, his security detail takes care of that. He and like others live in their bubble and work hard to deny rights from citizens.

In one breath they say “it’s the job of police to protect and serve the community, citizens should not be armed”, and the following breath “defund police!”. Where does that leave us, where it always has a worthless pawn in their game of life.

Just my 2 cents.

Or if it was acted out in any room full of politicians.

How much do Giffords and Bloomberg spend on their personal armed security?

Michael Bloomberg and Gabbie (If I only had a Brain) Giffords are part of the ‘Anointed One’s‘ club. Exclusive to Billionaire Socialists and Forever Politicians. Folk’s like this (who DON’T go shopping, Pump their own gas, Don’t have to worry about Bills, Interest rates, Taxes and daily survival). It’s EASY for these Criminals to hike up Property Tax, TAX the Wealthy….um…except themselves, and generally don’t have a clue how much Milk or Bread is). These people make summery judgement on US daily without a care of the ramifications of their actions. All they care about is the accrual of money and the DISARMAMENT of Joe and Joan Citizen. Because when they get that boyz N gyrls it’s OVER for us —buh bye all our Rights and Safe Guards so these phucker’s can’t go too far. The truly sad part in all this is they STILL believe they have a shot @ the mid terms or the 2028 elections!. Their credibility is so shot right now (especially with this latest Blockade of DHS/TSA/ and whoever else is part of Homeland. They don’t usually FLY Coach so the daily hassles now do not effect them.

ELITEism is a DISEASE! (much like Wokeism and TDS). You get this way by exploiting ‘the masses’ so much you get addicted to CONTROLLING every aspect of our lives (no matter OUR costs in it). Frightning!

All I can suggest is Carry your weapon, TRAIN UP! and be licensed (until the time they get rid of Mother may I permits and such in most of our 50 States. (Hope I’m still alive to see that happens). Bloomberg, Soros’ of the Liver and Bill ‘Pedo’ Gates are determined to revive the NWO. Some say it’s dead—but I believe it’s still got a pulse until THEY DON’T!

I live in a small community in South Central Texas. Our population is in the 90 thousand range with approximately 150 uniformed officers covering an area about 10 miles North to South and 12 Miles East to West. Approximately. I can carry my weapon openly through downtown and no one bats an eye. Our mayor is highly supportive of the Second Amendment and supports open carry.

Dependent upon what day it is, time of day, traffic conditions, weather conditions and another double hand full of variables, the average police response time can be as long as 5 minutes. I have witnessed a 2 1/2 minute response. Dude must have been around the corner when he got the call. Those minutes can seem like hours if you are pinned down somewhere and a gunman is strolling through your church picking off your family and friends without remorse.

I carry every day. My Boss like the fact I carry at work. It makes some of our more dubious customers a little less difficult to deal with. I have NEVER threatened one of our customers with my weapon either physically or verbally. I do have one technician who gets threatened on the daily though. He’s a good kid but sometimes I just want to treat him like a glow stick - snap him in the middle and shake him until the light comes on.

If the time comes for me to be the one to engage an active shooter there will be no fear, no doubt, all in balls out.

If my plan works, I’ll let you know what happened. If not, it’s been good knowing you.

Well said Bro. All one has to do is look at some of the videos coming out of England to see where a disarmed people whith no guaranteed rights quickly end up. I just saw one K posted of a lady simply trying to walk her dog, but the local Muslims wouldn’t tolerate it, and she was removed by police. Walking on a public road. That was her only offense.

Taken to extremes, look next to Iran and the unarmed population there. Or North Korea. Or Nazi Germany.

Don’t let them have a millimeter of your rights. Ever.

I’m always armed at work also, brother. One time we did have to fire a guy who was extremely unstable, and seemed like he could be the classic type to come back and start shooting up the place. I do accept the fact that, should that happen, I’m probably going to be everyone’s best chance at survival, and I’m okay with that.

Damn. The French need to trade in their poodles for retired police German Shepherds.

I also Carry ALL THE TIME (Shocker!). Years ago I was a Dock Manager @ a Bottle refurbishing place (Oxygen, Hydrogen bottles, Propane tanks etc. Crazy Jim was a ‘Preacher’ (when it suited him) other times he was just an Alcoholic sh!thead. Well, enough was enough when told to ‘tamp down the religious sh!t’ (Corporates words not mine) He quit and his little Mini-Me best friend quit also but not before threatening to do the very Work force wipe out you described @Joseph . I carried after that (Nobody said a word as long as it was OPEN CARRY—ok, I accept those terms)—they honestly looked to me J.I.C. these two Goof’s came back. I had told James (Crazy Jim) on his way out the door ‘If you come back here with violence in your heart I will put you both in the dumpster. He looked shocked, but Memo was received. It was so damn noisy everyday machines and compressors rattling away it was so much of a distraction looking for deadly shadows a bunch of guy’s just quit. Trying to do others jobs, My job and waiting for an attack I left also. After holding the fort for months, Many useless talks with Corporate about some Security additions (Most responses were ‘It’s Albuquerque? what could happen?’ Leaving a great paying job wasn’t all that hard. You can’t spend the bread if yer dead. Amirite?

As much as the Demonrats dispute this ‘It IS The Good Guy (or Gal) with a Gun that THOUSANDS of times a year we save Innocents from an early grave (and ourselves). I was in Lowe’s yesterday (minutes from my house) and some Goof came in waving a pistol around (totally being a whacked out on something menace). I drew my piece and advanced towards him under as much cover as I could find only to see this Little young lady whack the crap outta him with a short piece of 2x4 ! The sight was so beautiful I almost forgot the actual threat!. His eyes actually rolled up in his head and literally fell like a tree! Glorious! I jumped on the guy, checked his pulse (Rats, still alive) But his head hitting the concrete was the sound of one of David Lettermen’s dropping a Mellon from a roof top! (remember those gag’s?) CONCUSSION CITY!. I slapped my cuffs on him rolled him over on his stomach ‘cause he was puking and I didn’t want another Jimi Hendricks death on our hands, he puked for a while (sure sign of concussion). ‘Yolanda’ the Lowe’s Cashier was sick of being robbed!, Robbed @ her Lowe’s in the South Valley, transferred to ‘The Heights—robbed there) then to the Westside and same same… Fed up she swung for the fences! CONTACT! Muahahahahahah!

(oh, why was I carrying cuffs?) Because the little weight they are is nothing compared to the security of locking up a skell after they are down. The Cops had a raised eyebrow about me taking the cuffs off and putting theirs on him but left me alone. They asked if I had a license for the Handgun but one serious looking Cop saw my dog tags and said ‘He’s good) Sanity prevailed. One Cop asked me if I was going to shoot the robber and keeping my new rule intact of saying the bare minimum said nothing. DON’T TALK TO THE COPS (not all of them are your friends anymore) . Answer their questions then STFU! If left to my own devices I bet I could talk my way right into a jailcell. Man! have I changed!

Be careful ‘OUT THERE’ Gunner’s, I almost feel like I live in Salt Lake City! Muahahahahahahahahaha!:joy:

In our neighborhood, we treat the roaming packs of dogs and cats like we treat the children. The dogs and carts get disciplined by everyone in the hood and they are protected by everyone in the hood, just like the children are.

Somebody hurts a dog or cat in our neighborhood, they won’t need a lawyer.

Just sayin’.

I went 4-Wheelin’ in the X the other day (Fantastic), HAD TO GET SOME FRESH AIR IN MY LUNGS!. and I saw what I thought were a ‘Pack’ of Wild Hog’s? (No it wasn’t Tim Allen and John Travolta! ARGH!) I did not think Hogs were roaming here? But I believe I mentioned that I’ve come across a few bodies in various states of ‘Nature’s Happy Meals’. I guess I thought it was the many Animals like Vultures and Coyote’s but the size of these bad boy’s gave me pause to continue to think ‘Just because you are away from Humanity you might be ‘safer’. I know the Desert can kill you extremely quick! (hence finding those poor souls ripped to shreds) and I don’t take reckless chances, if nothing else my Awareness is ratcheted UP because of the Snakes, Coyote’s and such out here.

Today Vermin (2 and 4 legged) are everywhere.

You can be assured Michael Bloomberg has ARMED SECURITY around him and his family, which completely invalidates anything from his mouth as pure BS and hypocrisy. The elitist always seem to forget to mention their security, which includes walls, guards at the gates, private schools, restricted access, armored vehicles, and always having armed bad asses protecting them. They make me sick.

As they should!

So, given that the elite have guns to protect themselves,….

What do you think you should do???
