I have not brought up the discussion but while I was driving down I-20 a couple of weeks ago, someone took four-five shots at me.
Only one connected and I have a big bullet hole in my back door. To-be-honest…

One officer that I spoke too after finding someone running an extension cord from my home (stealing utilities) said she don’t believe I was talking to 9-1-1.

Moving is hard even in the best conditions.
Moving as a result of what you described is tougher.

Moving may be stressful, but so is maintaining condition red, which seems to be what’s happening in your area.
Seriously consider moving. Post a sentry watch. Friends, wife, parents, kids, great big dog, snake, monitor lizard, alligator?
What bothers me the most, even if you catch, see or detain bad guy, what’s going to happen. Will law enforcement show up, make an arrest, catch and release. That would be bad! Moving seems to be best option.
Today’s society surely has changed.
Keep your head on a swivel and always watch your six!

I agree @Scott52. Living in condition red is driving me litterly insain. Reason be, is non-potential threats have me going into defense mode.
Like you said, say you catch them…
Then what?
All I can think is…
What did I do to piss someone off?

Glad you’re ok brother! @Randall318, southeast Texas is nice in the summer months, and the 3 weeks of winter. I know of some jobs down here, a few cheap houses for rent, and there are some decent apartments. Ain’t seen or heard of anyone getting shot at on the highway either… Until you figure out what to do, maybe you should ride with a battle buddy… That way you can watch each other’s 6.
